Well-written expository piece. Can we also talk about business owners who display ignorance when a professional designer tries to revamp some of their designs made by these quacks? Some are hell-bent on going with a bad design when its totally obvious the design is bland! Quacks have also changed how business owners perceive graphic design thinking its a means of survival and not a profession. Most don't take designers seriously which is rather worrisome.
