if you cant get dlc, don't listen to anyone here, do not use the eu4 launcher, use the steam launcher, after unzipping all the dlc files, then you can run it with the eu4 launcher.
Disable McAfee before extracting, I can't remember if there is a setup bit if there is then keep it disabled throughout the process, also McAfee is horrible you should get superantispyware instead
Finally if you have not understood to have all the dlc it is necessary to go to the file named SmartSteamEmu.ini to open it with Notepad and to search dlc logic you will find a machin with mark Default = 1 put 0 instead it is done ( : sorry for the language im french
just look for the SmartSteamEmu file and open it with the notepad scroll down to the dlc section and change default from 1 to 0 and open the game with the steam launcher
Hi everyone DLC didn't work for me at first but I found one solution. I went to Team Zantix website link: https://zantix.wixsite.com/english/single-post/2016/10/18/Europa-Universalis-IVOnlineUpdates-%E2%AC%86V1183%E2%AC%8646DLC and I scrolled down to Download LInks: Build #1 and downloaded the EU4 Update 1.22.2. Once you open the rar, open the first folder and then open Crack 3DM and extract 3DMGAME.ini to your game directory. The rar folder contains a notepad that shows instructions on how to set up multiplayer however I have not tried it myself.
I'm having trouble getting my dlc's enabled. I can get the vanilla running fine but no DLC is shown as available. I unpacked all of them from .rar and then i got an error saing that there was no steam_api.dll file found. (Not the exact file name) Can someone help me get dlc up and running?

Could you update to 1.22.2? The AI doesn't request military access in this version, which is so breaking and significantly makes the game easier altogether.
Okay? What do you expect IGG to do about that? He can't just "make" the game auto-update. You'll have to wait however long it takes for IGG to update the game

That must be new because I got the game while it was version 1.22.1.0. I didn't realize the AI didn't ask for military access, that is a serious bug. I'd have to redownload the game to see if it has the hotfix, although if it doesn't, it'll be a waste of time. Try asking in the request section if the game is up to date. If not, then just make the request for an update. I'll be doing the same thing
Yes, it is in 1.22.1.0. It's such a serious bug everyone keeps abusing it; if you go watch a few YouTube videos everyone's complaining about it and abusing it so that tiny nations can win major wars due to that exploit. They actually released an entire patch due to practically just this bugfix due to its importance. It is hard to realize, naturally, unless you start wondering just why you aren't invaded my an enemy that doesn't share a border with your landlocked nation.
Multiplayer cannot work on this game, as it's a cracked game and requires its own dedicated server, which can't be made (unless you or someone else is willing to pay the money needed to keep a server up for cracked copies of the game)
I just downloaded the game, and I don't have that problem. The game has all the dlcs for me. I guess some people are just unlucky :/ Try asking for help in the Contact Me section, because nobody is gonna know how to help you if you ask here
Guys! For me the game does not work. I installed everything that is required for it to work, and when i double-click the game, it doesn't even run, even though the process in task manager stays for around 25-30 seconds. I've copied the crack and even blocked the app in the firewall. Please help! Thanks in advance.

Sorry I have dlc in game folder but I don't have dlc in game launcher and game
when i start the game after the luncher it makes sounds but with no screen
but it's ok
