Yes you can, but I do not believe the codex emulator will let you. Just get yourself something like SmartSteamEmulator (SSE) to replace the codex emulator, and use hamachi along with their emulated friend list to invite your friend to a lobby!
when i download the files and open the plaza it takes up 68 gb needed for the download and then requires an extra 68 gb for me to be able to download the game is this a bug?

All DLC on Payday 2 are actually pre-installed (except for true ending movies), so yes, it does include it. I'm not sure if this is how you launch it since I bought it instead of using the IGG version (also because I don't use VR), but you can try to launch the vr exe file (named "payday2_win32_release_vr.exe") with SmartSteamEmu (or whatever crack is included.) I just get an infinite loading screen whenever I try to start a mission. Not sure if I did something wrong when launching the game or if I missed a step in the installation guide. Could somebody please help me out. ;-;

Had the infinite loading error, pasted the "PAYDAY2_Fix_Repair_Steam_V4_Generic" files in the Payday 2 files but it says I need steam open to play, I have it open and it still doesn't work, any ideas? Don't ask me. There's a list of confirmed games in the thread and just follow the instructions that comes with the download. It may work on some games and if it's not just post the problem on the thread and maybe Golderg can fix it in the next update.

Now, in the payday 2 folder(Don't know where, I don't have access to my computer right now) there will be steam_api.dll and/or steam_api(x64).dll Back up those two(or one) and replace it with the one in the Goldberg download. If everything is done correctly you can play the game. If a PC in your LAN also has Goldbergs crack, he can join your lobby and vice versa.

I got the game for free on Steam when it was available for a short period of time. I cracked the game so it doesn't use Steam and I used the Pirate Perfection mod and it worked alright.
You just need to find files on the internet that disables the steam autorun to play the game. Find some files or a file. Maybe edit some configs. Think. Experiment.

Nope they're in the game, they're just locked. You'd need to join the Payday 2 Community on steam to unlock them, yet, this is impossible as this is a cracked version.
You can use this mod to unlock almost everything. It's called Pirate Perfection. You can unlock every character,mask, weapon,weapon attachment in the game. Easy to use- check download folder\Pirate Perfection\mods\pp\readme.txt for info.
Does anyone know how to add friends in steam without spending money? I created a dummy account which I want to play games on with friends to avoid my own account getting a ban. The game works, online works too, I'm using pirate perfection that's why I've created a dummy account.
This game runs without a problem if you have version 1.61.0 and move the file "payday2_win32_release", "payday2_win32_release-LAN" and "steam_api.dll" to Payday 2 ultimate edition then you can play it without any problems and don't forget to run steam before playing. This is the result of me trying to move some files from previous versions to this new (ultimate edition) because I also have problems with infinite loading screen and you can also continue your save game profile on the current version but unfortunately you will not be able to open steam inventory in the game menu will kick you back to the desktop. Hopefully useful and happy to enjoy :)

Have you tried launch "payday2_win32_release-LAN"? Because I run this game by choosing "payday2_win32_release-LAN" not "payday2_win32_release" and make sure start steam first before play.
I tried your method and found that it does not work. Tried to follow it up by adding some other files as I kept on getting error messages. I did manage to get rid of the errors and start up the game however I was met with the infinite loading screen. Are you sure that you did not do anything else with the files that would fix the loading screen? Thanks anyways

If unsuccessful try this method by copying files in Payday 2 v1.60.0 "StarSteamEmu", "workshop", "payday2_win32_release", "payday2_win32_release-LAN", "steam_api.dll", "steam_appid.txt", "steam_asc.dll", "SteamCFG.ini ", "StarSteamEmu.dll ", "StarSteamEmu.ini", "ValveAPI.dll" and "xinput1_3.dll " paste it into Payday 2 Ultimate Edition folder.
well your trick give me something new, yes it get past the infinite black screen, it get me through new loading screen with xxx/xxx, but after few seconds the game close itself tried to play the 1.61 version instead, sadly it didn't even work at all, tried running release and LAN .exe, both said it need steam to running, while my steam already running from the beginning
i know you will hate me but if you buy the normal version you get a trainer and it will unlock all dlcs if you config it too :) btw that the blt trainer :)

The game never loads when trying to create an offline game, online does not work either. The infinite loading bug is present for everyone as I have tested this multiple times on multiple PCs

Apparently Payday 3 is in devloppement but it won't come this year. And for the DLCs you're right, all the DLCs after the ultimate edition pack will be free, except for the upcoming h3h3 character pack.
I still not check multiplayer with current version, but you can download, I will check tomorrow, if it dont have multiplayer, I will upload crack only then. Dont worry.

The price of the game is always cheap on many sites selling key before :D. But DLC not, that why I think many people still need Ultimate Edition (inclu ALL DLC), this game will better with DLC
well the point of the Ultimate edition was to reduce the cost of all the dlc from around 200 bucks to 44, so yeah during the Steam sales this is a total buy form, thanks for your hard work guys.
ya because i use a mod menu on the game and you cant unlock all the dlc inventory items with the Unlock All "Materials, Skins, Weapons, etc." in the mod menu.

Edit: It been day 2 now and the crack still work with mods
This will allow you to play pseudo online in the game but most importantly will allow you to skip the connection screen.
Also use the offline crack only if you want this to work.
