the installer for this this game is broken the installer will just quit and say is done after starting the installation so the installer is really broken for this game.
Found it! Ok so first get your first downloaded link, go into the ISO folder and go to the only folder there, should be called "CODEX" or something like that, and copy the steamcrap there and paste it in the game folder and replace

prob easy to make a nude mod for this since it uses unity like all the other shovelware neptunia games. I tried like 3 of them on PC and they are just not great games I do not see the appeal. although neptune is cute af nep nep nep nep
