just extracted (WITH) winrar (cracked version downloaded from here btw) yes igg has winrar cracked an older version but its here none the less.
ANYWAYS, game works 03/11/2024 no issues extracting. MEGAUP (top download link at the TOP of the list) is what i used. (just as fast a gdrive was) if not faster.
Ive said this all over the place on igg, use winrar when dealing with parts from igg so it tells you whats missing from what part. 7zip is great, but it doesnt tell you which parts bad/corrupted.
currently downloading this now, so hopefully its fixed. although, the "base" version has like 15 parts, so im not to sure how this is GOTY since all DLC is included in two parts.

You would need to find localization/translation files and install them, which is quite hard. Or you can get another crack from somwhere else which is in your language
Just downloaded the game and everything goes smoothly sailing from there but after like 2 hours it suddenly closes without warning, it always does this for each gameplay, i did the compatibility properties but it still does closes.

I'm having an issue, I extracted the files and when I mount the .bin I can't access it. My computer just says it can't access it and the file might be corrupted and/or the disk needs to be formatted. I tried changing the .bin to .ISO but got the same results. Any ideas?

Nope, you got it wrong. This is an official GOG installer. It doesn't have a DRM of any kind so it does not require a crack. Also all GOG games you can find on IGG are 100% complete with multiplayer enabled (if they support it) The number of files is smaller because the installer has a good compression algorithm (install times are a bit longer though...)

try going to "my documents" then "my games" then delete the folder that says "fallout 3" If that doesn't work or you want it to be more stable, try downloading "tale of two wastelands". It combines fallout 3 and new vegas into one game, while bringing features and fixes from fallout new vegas. However, you will also need to download fallout new vegas. Also the mod creators said that pirated copy's wont work, although the game was sold physically for pc so i dont know how they would detect if the game if cracked or not.
If you have controller problems, you must know that this game ONLY supports xbox 360 and xbox One controllers. PS4 and the like wont work (same for off-brand ones).
The game's files are split in two parts of 5GB max, you will need the two of them or the game wont work. Also, read the fing FAQ before asking this, its written in here...

I downloaded the game and when I extract it I get the fallout setup in a .bin format. When I try to open this file via PowerISO or Daemon Tools, it tells me that the file may be corrupt or the format invalid...I would appreciate your help on this!
As ghostSilence said, there should be an installer. When you unrar the archive you downloaded, you should get a .iso file, which you must mount using daemon tools (windows 10 support this natively so you dont need DT). Then, you get a virtual drive in which you have the .exe and your .bin files.
Just did a fresh download all good there.But after install, I tryed to open game throught launcher and game just just goes in a loop, that is back to the launcher. So did anyone had this issue, and if yes how did you fix it.
This issue can be cause by multiple things: -Your antivirus (especially if you got this brute of bitdefender like i do) may be blocking the launcher, so whitelist it from scans and disable any "ransomware remediation" options in your av. -Bug with the file system (F3 launcher not finding F3.exe for some reason). In this case, start the game using fallout.exe and not the launcher Alternatively, you can (and SHOULD) start the game using the fallout script extender (FOSE), that can be found here: https://fose.silverlock.org/ FOSE will load your game flawlessely and enables modding. Good stuff! -If you tried the above and its not working, move your game to another folder and away from "protected ones" (documents, program files, etc...) -Lastly, there is something wrong with your game so you have to reinstall it (if nothing works) If something works out for you, please tell me what worked (for future cases)
So I tried all above and unfortunately none of it worked. I. I put file/map as exception, after that just completely disabled antivirus. II. I had high hopes with this one. Firstly, starting the game through F3 launcher and pressing it just goes back to same launcher, there is no logo nothing just back to launcher. Secondly, starting game for F3 exe, just opens F3 launcher (perhaps the main problem, [maybe game doesn't find main F3 exe]). And thirdly, FOSE does the same as Second argument, just opens F3 lancher and loop goes on. III.Now I installed the game at custome map in my games folder far from protected files as such, but moving F3 folder to 'program files', after which starting F3 launcher it says that F3 exe might be missing, even though it is still there. After which I back copied it to folder it was and it says the same thing. F3 now does nothing, not even redirect to F3 launcher. And FOSE starts laucher and does same as above (exe missing). Could this be the problem u mentioned, that F3 exe might not be recognized? IV. Same result unfortunately. -Long answer/question, I do have basic to advance understanding of my pc for the years I've been playing and some editing. But problem with this eludes me. I hope you have more suggestions cause other sites which only talk about moding game from start to solve lauch problem didn't work for me. Same shat happened to me with Skyrim SE and I worked the problem for long time to give up, then come back and fix it with simple solution that I made myself. And btw should the F3 exe eeven start launcher and not open game itself. And if so how? Tnx in advance :)
I may have some more solutions, especially if you have problems with other bethesda games as well. I will need you to tell me your pc config (Software, hardware and what antivirus do you have) so that i can understand what is causing this. Dont forget to tell me if your system is 32-64 bits and what GPU you are running. This is important. PS: The last thing you can try before sending your config: try disabling the OneDrive auto-save for documents, as it is often causing registery issues with bethesda games. To do that, right-click OneDrive, and then from the top-right menu choose Settings, then Auto-Save and check the save of documents to "This PC only".
Well shat. My pc broke down, that is my graphic card and my hdd, hdd was recovered and is operational but ALL of my content/files are now gone. I will redownload game, again and see if problem still occurs. If it does or if itdoes not I will keep you posted.

Hmmm, thats weird, did you downloaded the two winrar archives (one rar file of 5gb and another one of 2gb) from http://Megaup.net? There should not be any password on that so be sure to check if the size of the files match the ones i told you. Also, IGG almost never uses passwords on its archives. Try IGGAMES as the password, but i think you did something worng here, tell me where you downloaded from.
The GOG version does indeed have the Gamer for windows live package, but it has pre-installed patches that deactivates it to keep your game from crashing (GFWL isnt compatible with windows 10 or 8.1)
Ok, so i know a lot of people have nothing more than a cheap apu to game on, which can be a real pain because of the poor performance they can output. You may think, since this apu thingy is so crappy, old games might run fine on them, right? Well… No, they dont, actually they run awful because the good ol’ games were never designed to run on this kind of weird architectures. They’re used to run on old fully fledged graphics cards (even an old 550 would perform better on F3). You will get two issues: software incompatibility/stability and wimp hardware. In this tutorial, i will do 2 things: give you advice on how to make your integrated gpu output more performance (even outside of fallout 3) and some more specific fallout 3 tips, tweaks and other modifications So, lets start with unbloating windows 10 (basically removing everything that isnt of vital necessity). PS: all the w debloat part of this tuto is purely optional, you can skip it if you dont want 40% more fps (numbers might depend on the modded hardware) To do just that the {low spec gamer} made a very helpful tutorial that is way better than the usual trash you find on the web that will tell you to add virtual memory to pump up your perfs (do not do that, its useless) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IU5F01oOzQQ&t=63s I will add a few sidenotes to that video, which you must READ CAREFULLY:

When i said in another guide that F3 would not run on an intel integrated gpu, i said it right. Well, the solution is pretty obvious, if the game will crash upon startup because of our unknown gpu, we just have to make the game THINK our intel gpu (or amd for that matter) is actually an old fully-fledge graphics card from nvidia. The disc... oh god... 1- The disc release WONT work with windows 10, at least not as well as the digital release (not updated, obviously) 2- You might have problems reading that disc, (windows live games trashware crashing on 64 bit OS) 3-"offer cracks" wrong, they offer patches, and those were made by gog, not igg.

I know the feeling, used to (try to) game on an intel 420 several years ago. If you run on those, F3 will not run. HOWEVER i know a way, or at leats a list of tweaks to do in order to play the game on cheap apu. I'll make a proper tutorial on this page later on (dont have the time rn). Ok, so a lot of people have been complaining about f3 crashing, not loading, not even starting and many other problems. So i decided to make a little tuorial to help you guys out First of all, fallout 3 is a game from all the way back to 2008, it was deseigned for XP and as such is working well and out of the box only with a 32 bits OS. Even with a 32 bits os, it wont work wonders, crashes are RAMPANT on this game. So im gonna give you a few tricks to get it up and running on windows 10. To understand the 32 bits problem, you must know that a 32 bit peice of software can only use up to 2 gb of RAM, and thats... Not enough, not on windows 7 or up at least. To get around this problem, you will need to install this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/21888/? it will force F3 to take a better advantage of your modern hardware, by enabling multi threading and a 4gb ram patch. Second problem, the windows live game bloatware. It is a peice of software preinstalled on f3, and because of its 32 bit nature, it can also lead to memory crashes (its just a useless peice of outdated software) So here's a mod to get rid of it: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/1086 A third problem, is the .ini file of Fallout 3, it will cause issues with some patch mods, and you could edit it manually, but i advise installing this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/944 You will also need to install the fallout script extender (fose) for better mod compatiblity and stability https://fose.silverlock.org/ ps: read the readme file if you need help installing fose Then, you should install the following mods to get less crashes on f3, these absolutely require fose to be correcly installed: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/8886 ps: for win 10, use the FSR_4-1-36 release of the mod! No, nexusmods does require you to create an account, but it is completely free, i do not know where you're getting this information but its inexact. I've been downloading mods over nexus for years, and i never had to pay a dime. And igg is a cracking website, why in the world would i give paid advice ?-? it ruins the whole point of cracking a game... Help! I went and extracted the 2 winrar files and I have two exes and 2 .bin files. I have Daemon tools, i tried mounting the two .bin files and then giving the installer both files and nothing is working! Help! Note: I am using windows 7
You should've gotten a .iso, not a .exe out of these archives, try redownloading :( You must then mount the.iso with DTOOLS and execute the installer if theres one.

First of all, you must read the FAQ before asking this kind of question. Second of all, you must right click the iso and the "mount" option should show up, if it doesnt, crack daemon tools (link in the faq).
You should ALWAYS get a .rar file from the links on this website. If you get a .exe, it is a malware that has downloaded itself from ad pop-ups. If so, try again, and close the tabs that appears when you click "download" until you get a .rar file.
Is the file size less than 5 MB? Did you get the file directly, or have you used an exe? If the answer to any of the questions is yes, you downloaded an ad. Please try downloading the files again and make sure you get the correct ones.

This game often has problems with mods/old saves and new games created after having played on a modded session. This game works just fine on windows 10, if you have integrated graphics it will not run correctly but other than that i dont see what you are talking about.

you know, you dont actually NEED vortex nor nexus to mod this game, it is easier to just put the .esm modfiles in the game's data folder, and activate the esm files via the lmanual "data" menu in the game's launcher, it will work fine without any dodgy installation.

It can happen if you have a corrupted save and/or a missing modfile. If you have an earlier save, load it, if you don't have one, sorry, your whole save is fked :( Edit: Also the games has some "weakspots" that crashes it, fallout 3 is NOT a stable game, always remeber to quicksave from time to time. So you may have logged off in one of those spots.
They supply the playerbase with some affordable, and without DRM copies of games. They truly are a great game reseller, much better than steam in my opinion (for old games at least).

I launch the game, go to the menu screen click on new game and it loads for a minute then crashes, my PC meets all the maximum requirements and is windows 10, I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and re downloaded it, I have no idea what is happening.

Google search nexus mods fallout 3 game of the year addition, go to the first link, download it, put the contents into the games file location, then it should work.
I installed fallout and when i open it, it checks my hardware capability. Then i click play and the start up menu disappears and then reappears and checks my hardware again. This happened when i bought the game on steam as well. Is there anything i can do about this?
There is a fix which I believe if you right click on the directory on Fallout 3, click Properties and change Compatibilities to Windows XP (SP3), and Right Click the Fallout3Launcher on Properties which you need to go on Compatabilities and click on Run as an administrator. After that, you have to install Windows Live Update and once its done, it should pretty much be working.
igg has winrar cracked an older version but its here none the less.
ANYWAYS, game works 03/11/2024 no issues extracting. MEGAUP (top download link at the TOP of the list) is what i used. (just as fast a gdrive was) if not faster.
parts from igg so it tells you whats missing from what part. 7zip is great,
but it doesnt tell you which parts bad/corrupted.
currently downloading this now, so hopefully its fixed.
although, the "base" version has like 15 parts, so im not to sure how this is

The number of files is smaller because the installer has a good compression algorithm (install times are a bit longer though...)
people are always asking for help without doing any research whatsoever and sometimes it gets annoying...
If that doesn't work or you want it to be more stable, try downloading "tale of two wastelands". It combines fallout 3 and new vegas into one game, while bringing features and fixes from fallout new vegas. However, you will also need to download fallout new vegas. Also the mod creators said that pirated copy's wont work, although the game was sold physically for pc so i dont know how they would detect if the game if cracked or not.
Also megaup is 100% fine if you use Jdownloader2

Also tell me if you run it on intel / amd integrated graphics, it might be your problem.
It is powerful enough to play the game, but the game can only run on dedicated graphcis card like AMD or nvidia cards.

So did anyone had this issue, and if yes how did you fix it.
-Your antivirus (especially if you got this brute of bitdefender like i do) may be blocking the launcher, so whitelist it from scans and disable any "ransomware remediation" options in your av.
-Bug with the file system (F3 launcher not finding F3.exe for some reason). In this case, start the game using fallout.exe and not the launcher
Alternatively, you can (and SHOULD) start the game using the fallout script extender (FOSE), that can be found here: https://fose.silverlock.org/
FOSE will load your game flawlessely and enables modding. Good stuff!
-If you tried the above and its not working, move your game to another folder and away from "protected ones" (documents, program files, etc...)
-Lastly, there is something wrong with your game so you have to reinstall it (if nothing works)
If something works out for you, please tell me what worked (for future cases)
I. I put file/map as exception, after that just completely disabled antivirus.
II. I had high hopes with this one.
Firstly, starting the game through F3 launcher and pressing it just goes back to same launcher, there is no logo nothing just back to launcher.
Secondly, starting game for F3 exe, just opens F3 launcher (perhaps the main problem, [maybe game doesn't find main F3 exe]).
And thirdly, FOSE does the same as Second argument, just opens F3 lancher and loop goes on.
III.Now I installed the game at custome map in my games folder far from protected files as such, but moving F3 folder to 'program files', after which starting F3 launcher it says that F3 exe might be missing, even though it is still there. After which I back copied it to folder it was and it says the same thing.
F3 now does nothing, not even redirect to F3 launcher. And FOSE starts laucher and does same as above (exe missing).
Could this be the problem u mentioned, that F3 exe might not be recognized?
IV. Same result unfortunately.
-Long answer/question, I do have basic to advance understanding of my pc for the years I've been playing and some editing. But problem with this eludes me. I hope you have more suggestions cause other sites which only talk about moding game from start to solve lauch problem didn't work for me. Same shat happened to me with Skyrim SE and I worked the problem for long time to give up, then come back and fix it with simple solution that I made myself.
And btw should the F3 exe eeven start launcher and not open game itself. And if so how?

I will need you to tell me your pc config (Software, hardware and what antivirus do you have) so that i can understand what is causing this.
Dont forget to tell me if your system is 32-64 bits and what GPU you are running. This is important.
PS: The last thing you can try before sending your config: try disabling the OneDrive auto-save for documents, as it is often causing registery issues with bethesda games.
To do that, right-click OneDrive, and then from the top-right menu choose Settings, then Auto-Save and check the save of documents to "This PC only".
I hope you can get your pc working again...
( I guess the good thing is, a fresh install of windows is more likely to run the game corrrectly)

If you got a .exe or small file from the download page, delete it, its an adware file, you need to check that you got a file thats at least 1gb big and is a .rar file (you should use winrar to unarchive btw).

You may think, since this apu thingy is so crappy, old games might run fine on them, right?
Well… No, they dont, actually they run awful because the good ol’ games were never designed to run on this kind of weird architectures.
They’re used to run on old fully fledged graphics cards (even an old 550 would perform better on F3). You will get two issues: software incompatibility/stability and wimp hardware.
In this tutorial, i will do 2 things: give you advice on how to make your integrated gpu output more performance (even outside of fallout 3) and some more specific fallout 3 tips, tweaks and other modifications
So, lets start with unbloating windows 10 (basically removing everything that isnt of vital necessity).
PS: all the w debloat part of this tuto is purely optional, you can skip it if you dont want 40% more fps (numbers might depend on the modded hardware)
To do just that the {low spec gamer} made a very helpful tutorial that is way better than the usual trash you find on the web that will tell you to add virtual memory to pump up your perfs (do not do that, its useless)

now, to the good stuff, this is the actual part where i tell you how to break your shackles and get out of the hell that is the frozen whitescreen at startup.
When i said in another guide that F3 would not run on an intel integrated gpu, i said it right. The game will simply not recognize the gpu and crash (old software issues, the usual)
This is because, well, fallout is an old game and it just doesn’t gives a sh#t about wtf is even an intel even is.
Sooooo… what do we do now you ask?
Well, the solution is pretty obvious, if the game will crash upon startup because of our unknown gpu, we just have to make the game THINK our intel gpu (or amd for that matter) is actually an old fully-fledge graphics card from nvidia.
It looks complicated to you? Nah… we’ll just install a handy mod to do all the work for us:

As for GOG making a crack for the game, wtf? Good old games isnt from the cracking scene, its just a company that releases old games to the public (in a drm-free manner) that run better on newer machines... You are currently on the direct download part of igg, pcgamestorrents is the torrent part, thats where you should've been looking for.
First of all, fallout 3 is a game from all the way back to 2008, it was deseigned for XP and as such is working well and out of the box only with a 32 bits OS.
Even with a 32 bits os, it wont work wonders, crashes are RAMPANT on this game.
So im gonna give you a few tricks to get it up and running on windows 10. To understand the 32 bits problem, you must know that a 32 bit peice of software can only use up to 2 gb of RAM, and thats... Not enough, not on windows 7 or up at least.
To get around this problem, you will need to install this mod:

it will force F3 to take a better advantage of your modern hardware, by enabling multi threading and a 4gb ram patch.
Second problem, the windows live game bloatware.
It is a peice of software preinstalled on f3, and because of its 32 bit nature, it can also lead to memory crashes (its just a useless peice of outdated software)

A third problem, is the .ini file of Fallout 3, it will cause issues with some patch mods, and you could edit it manually, but i advise installing this mod:

Second of all, you must right click the iso and the "mount" option should show up, if it doesnt, crack daemon tools (link in the faq).
If so, try again, and close the tabs that appears when you click "download" until you get a .rar file.
Did you get the file directly, or have you used an exe?

Edit: Also the games has some "weakspots" that crashes it, fallout 3 is NOT a stable game, always remeber to quicksave from time to time. So you may have logged off in one of those spots.
