you are not the only one with that problem but they fixed it by installing patch 1.70 hotfix and than update to 1.72 if that doesn't work uninstall the game completely from your computer than reinstall it again try to run the game on 32 bit instead of 64. patch 1.70 hotfix : https://openload.co/f/z4H8QHy7B2E/1.70_to_1.70_hotfix.7z
