This game is still very early and theer are some test scenes with NPCs but this game does have potential and peaple seem to like it on the steam page. However i will keep my eye on it as time goes by.
Well, nope. The last good game in the Emergency-Series was Emergency 4 - The base game was fun but simple, but mods took it to a whole new level. Everything after that was just shiny graphics with extremely simple gameplay.
