For reasons unknown I can't download this from any of the links it keeps bringing me to a spam site where I either have to download Flash or I have to download something called "Your file is ready to download.exe" or it gives me a 404 error.

not completly we must wait for gta V story mode, gta 3, 4 and san andreas story mode then it will truly be the best

Game is heavily bugged don't bother trying to play it. Crashes to desktop near the very beginning of the campaign.
