guys help. i try to run the installer or whatever, but it wont open/work, any ideas on how to fix please? it opens the "run" or cancel thing but when i hit run it doesnt do anything

once i putting the crack the game says mvcr.dll and mvcp.dll missing and once i donwloaded that 2 files the game dont work, why?
