Extract all the files in the OVRdrop.exe directory
Launch the game with the Launcher.exe ! Enjoy! (Other comment are very unclear about cracking this game but i finally understand and i just drop you all the crack in the google drive so you have nothing to do, i dont know why this software isnt cracked by default)
I figured out how to fix this. The game does work. If you have gotten any other game you should have come across SmartSteamEmu. Copy and paste those files into OVRDrop folder. After that make a steam_appid and set the id to 586210. Then go to your smartsteamemu.ini then a line that says "target =" after the equal sign replace the game there and put OVRDrop.exe. Save that and run Launcher_64.exe (this is smart steam's exe) and there you go. OVRdrop should work... reply to this message if it doesnt work for you.
I have no idea what that SmartSteamEmu thing is. I can't find it in this package. is this supposed to be in other cracked games? BeatSaber doesn't have it. What's in there? how can I create it?
copy and paste what files into ovrdrop directory. when i open SSE launcher and drag the .exe over to it, it doesnt provide a file. ive never had to use SSE before so its not very clear to me what you mean. the rest of it i understand
I can verify this works. Like NebulaTV said, you need to create that file. So the whole filename will be (without apostrophes) 'steam_appid.txt' and you'll then edit the file and the only thing you'll put and have in there is (again without apostrophes) '586210'. And then the rest of what NebulaTV said.

Then, within the file, just type in the numbers "586210". If you get an error saying it couldn't find the program or executable, make sure the files are in the same directory as OVRdrop.exe
