Idk why but i can't move the sniper, the spy can move that works perfectly fine but the sniper can't move... please help

No, the game only has local multiplayer ( whitch means you can play with a friend on the same computer!)
BTW: I have a question, it happends only to me or does the game change resolution when I activate the flashbang ability?
