It looks like this update changes where saves are located. Try this: go to Documents\Tribute Games\Flinthook, and copy GameSave0_0. Then go to Flinthook.r19784[Or wherever you extracted the game to]\Profile\IGGGAMES\Saves, and drop GameSave0_0 there. It should work. [Sorry for that, I didn't check the update before I commented]
Yeah, don´t worry and already tried that. The thing is that I started playing using the laucher_64.exe on the previous version and it does save the game when I play using that same .exe,, but I can´t find where. If I try the flinthook.exe there is no save. So it seems, or what I'm trying to do, is try to look for a save anywhere in my computer where I can find the save file for that .exe and I can transfer it to the updated version. If I play in the normal fllnthook.exe i do get a save in that file direction you told me, but that´s only if I start playing again. :___( Can´t find another way to solve this but starting again from the beginning. The strange thing is that somehow the launcher_x64 saves something, but who knows where. If any ideas come up let me know, and thanks Jok.
Game works ok, playing and then freezes on random moments, happens to me always, any solutions? Hope IGGGames can update to r19724, maybe that solves the issue.

I sign that! I bought it right after fighting the first boss (playing the tutorial + 4 stages). In terms of roguelikes, this game is a masterpiece. In terms of controls, mechanics, artstyle and music, it's also a masterpiece! The devs did a great job with this one and it's really hard to find a roguelike THIS good.
launch flinthook.exe as admin and disable vsync/ set as multithreaded in the heart launcher fixed it for me PS: i also run it windowed but that shouldnt be important. fx6300 and r7 250.
I disagree. It means that for some it works. Now, if the only people that posted were the ones that it didn't work for, you'd assume the game is broken, which it's not.

Click on the launcher that looks like a heart, check "MultiThreadGame" and launch the game.
It crashes if you try to change the language, but for now everything is working fine
