Anyone able to run this with mods? I use frosty mod manager, some mods i use require it. The game does not start, there is a process that is not going forward. Every fix in the nexus forums does not work for me...i suspect it's because it's cracked as it seems that the existing fixes work for everyone else. The game itself runs fine but without mods i don't have any incentive to play it.
know this old, but ya apparently windows update broke it even for those without crack. Though ya this 1 the games where crack has it most difficult to mod. (suppose to be still possible if you use old version, but then have to use old mods).

I just tested Mass Effect Andromeda, I did everything I should before starting playing and yet, the game stops working after the scene on the Hyperion's bridge when we see the father of our character for the first time.

usually if the game is installed correctly and the update is from codex it automatically detect you game Path but to be sure the Patch should be installed in your main game folder Example: C:\games\mass effect

Ye you can but you dont meet the minimum specs for the game... not even close, so unfortunately the game will run terribly. i recommend u save up for a better PC :)

The repack with 3 parts is update 1.005 you want to download that and refer to steps 2 and 3 in my bigger post for the update and crackfix. For that bug, 1.006 supposedly fixed that, we can only patch it to 1.005 (legit game is at 1.009) atm. Shouldn't be too long before we get 1.009 though as they've removed denuvo with that patch.
download all parts and once finished, extract part 1 only. Go into the folder for the extracted part 1 and you should find a iso, mount it and run origin setup inside to install the game to wherever you want.
First off have you downloaded and installed 1.005 and the crackfix (in that order)? If so then you just need to copy and paste the contents of the "crack" folder in the crackfix download over to the game's main directory.
(Pre-1.009) Best way to solve your problems is to uninstall/delete Mass Effect from wherever you installed it and start over making sure you copy/paste and install everything in order (I know, but you are missing stuff you should have, hopefully you kept the zips or the extracted part 1 from base and 1.005 update to install again). I also assume you meant INI as there is no INS file as far as I am aware. This should fix any problems and if it says you are still missing something then your anti-virus may be putting the files into quarantine/blocking.
Remount the base game's .iso and install using the origin setup.exe and after it's finished copy over the contents of the "Crack" folder over to wherever you installed the game into its main directory.
Download the 3 update parts and extract only part 1 when they are done. Now, open up the extracted "Mass.Effect.AndromedUPDATE.1.005.REPACK" folder it extracted to and run the origin setup.exe inside the "update" folder (it should auto find where you installed base game) and afterwards copy over the contents of the "Crack" folder over to game's main directory again while letting it overwrite.
Download and extract the crackfix download and open the extracted folder "Mass.Effect.Andromeda.UPDATE1.005.CRACkkKFIX" up and copy over the contents of the "Crack" folder over to game's main directory for a third time overwriting whatever it needs to.
I'm following these instructions and I get an error when installing the update and it get stuck at 46 of 409 files copied, showing the following error: "Installation failed: unable to copy file [C:\Users\myuser....\Mass Effect Andromeda\Update\Mass Effect AndromedUPDATE 1 005 REPACK\Mass.Effect.AndromedUPDATE.1.005.REPACK\Update\Setup\Data\Win32\game\levels\hubs\hub_kadara_to_unc_transition\hub_kadara_to_unc_transition] to destination directory"
Not sure why it's giving that, sorry. Since 1.009 is out you may just want to reinstall the base game and install 1.009 afterwards as that will likely fix whatever is causing it
Go to wherever you installed it and right click the main folder "Mass Effect Andromeda" and click on "cut" and paste it wherever you want on your SSD and your done. Make sure you have over 51.3 GB on SSD.

Anyone else having issues with crashing to desktop during dialogue? I finished up every mission that shows up on the map on Voeld then went back to Eos and did the same there and half of the dialogues I start cause ctd; they are persistent but doesn't happen for every character. Cannot progress since this consistently happens with the first person I talk to on Havarl. I am running the v1.005 update. edit: I didn't see the fix in #7 until after I posted this. Hello, i have a bug, really strange. When i open a container, or i try to loot a ennemy, inventory hud appear, but always empty, i can't loot, or acces to inventory, and its really really annoying, someone can help me ?
I have a gtx 960, an i7 and 8gb RAM and I installed the new update plus the crackfix. Few minutes into the game and my computer is already heating up, gpu is at 70 degrees and my cpu use is constantly at 90%. Plus its stuttering. This is the only game that is shitting itself on my pc What the fuck? PS: Im playing on medium settings btw
This modded user.cfg http://www.nexusmods.com/masseffectandromeda/mods/71/? may help you, it got rid of my stuttering and helped with some performance but the game still runs like crap just like Dragon Age Inquisition did on my PC. BF1 runs perfectly well on high (ultra textures) at 60 FPS 95% of the time but anything Bioware puts out with Frostbite runs like crap on my rig.
Game still goes dogshit, as in freezing/stuttering after 2 hours of gameplay during combat due to it's memory leak in coding issue. Thank god we didn't had to pay for this shit.

In my past experiences, anytime a update has a separate download from the game. You can usually just use the update if it's from the same cracker team.

ansel sdk error :: What windows version and framework do you have? Origin opening :: Make sure origin isn't open in the background in task manager and make sure you're running OriginSetup.exe not Origin.exe

You can't save at the beginning you have to finish the first mission and you can't save during story missions only autosaves work during story missions

Open your ProfOpts_profile with notepad or something that reads text files... its located in your Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect Andromeda\Save... change FullscreenMode 1 to 0 and see if the game runs... (Edit Finished installing the game)
It seems that the only .cfg file I have is win32Game.cfg, which only contains one line inside of it (probably not the right one). I'm probably doing something silly wrong because other people seem to have this working fine, but not sure what it is I'm doing.

Mostly its to do with hardware or incorrect installing... they wouldn't upload broken files... if you have minimum requirements for the game and know how to install it... i find 99% of time it will work...

extract the first part (usually it's 01) with WinRar and it will extract the rest on its own after that -> iso file -> use some virtual drive to mounted it and u got it from there

Game's top notch albeit a few wrinkles here and there with graphics. It was released unoptimized and so the performance degrades relatively fast on some weak systems. On high ends, it runs like a charm with highest settings up. If you're complaining, it's high time to upgrade your obsolete pc.
Honestly, though I remember it fondly, Mass Effect has always been like that; the glitches seem to be fixed but you still get the occasional overly expressive facial expressions (just think back to Shepherd with one of the love interests in ME3) and not quite steady cutscene animations.
Can't argue there. Though I do feel the battle mechanics pretty well makes up for it making it a fun game. I'm actually liking the story so far as well.

I don't think many people would say that the game's graphics are bad. The game itself looks really good. Most complaints are leveled against the animations as they are messed up in some cut scenes. Those complaints are fair in certain scenes, but they are also massively blown out of proportion. They aren't nearly as bad as people make them out to be and most of the examples I see posted are taken out of context. For example, the one of Ryder waking up in pain. Yes, he/she is going to grimace in pain in that situation and no it is not out of place. But, people remove that context from the scene so that they can continue the circlejerk.
the reason people complain is because a AAA game should not have basic mistakes on release. However from what i read , they invested only 40mil dollars which is almost nothing compared to at least 250 mill dollars for GTA5.... So, errors should have been expected considering the limited budget for such a well known title.
NO George the reason people complained is because they wanted a patch DAY 1 which the devs were not able to do on time so they had to wait a week or two for 1.05 to fix it (or most of it anyway) PROPERLY not just a rushed patch to please the masses. The money yeah they could have invested more money into it BUT they were unsure since ME3 was well not so highly regarded due to the ending having to be basicly redone via a dlc and such.

The "first strike" mission is cannot be skipped, however it is a main quest and you cannot complete it becouse you are offline... so you stuck in the story... anyone knows how to fix this?
Yes, you wont need to mind the quest(Despite it is shown as a main mandatory quest) you just need to go to Docking then tempest, and you are good to go...
you can also just highlight all the links at once and copy and jdownloader will load them all into its grabber then you just right click on them in the downloader and choose start downloads and it will run them.
..or you can use a downloader software (like JDownloader) so that you only have to hightlight and copy the links of the page (ctrl-c) and then press a button to start the download all at once ( ^-^)/

Weird, I launch the game after installing and placing the crack in the installation area, but the game starts up, loads for about 80%, then freezes there with the loading animation still going, and for 15 min never moves
I kept ramming my face against the .exe it eventually loaded starting music, and the main menu, I could change graphics options, they were auto low, I also changed to Borderless Windowed. Main menu had large blue band across the stream of what I could only imagine was bloom malfunction by either the crack or most likely my system. I can say with most certainty that it's probably my Rig, it's old.
Forgot to mention once i get to the main menu, I select either M/F Ryder Quick Start, or Custom, and it does the load to 80% and nothing for 20 min, so I gave up afterwards. Every 5 attempts it let's me see the main menu with music, then next load screen failure.
my Rig can "play" Dark Souls 3, and Civ 6, I would think it could at least start Mass Effect : Andromeda. I'll wait until more play attempt to play and comment further.

How the hell do you install this?... When you unrar it you get a 55GB iso file, and when you mount the ISO file there is no installer, just the game files and a crack folder? What? You don`t need to wait ! just ask google or see some videos in youtube :) easy way is to log in google drive / copy file to your storage "make copy" and then download it.
I got the game by purchase it. The game isnt for pc. everything is fine but the faces are like shit. No point to play it if you don't have acces to internet.

But everyone cares about the story, everyone cares about the animations and everyone wants a 90% bug free game Mass Effect Andromeda does not have a good story, has terrible animations and is quite buggy when compared to the other 3 at launch
the game is great yeah the animations need work THEY PATCHED THAT its still not great but its better than launch suck it up play the game I PAID for it and enjoy it still 30+ hours in and I love the game (I usualy keep her helmet on anyway so :P)

Nick let me put it this way As stated before I'm more than 30+ hours into the game and LOVING IT. Trust me theres a lot of great things to the game YEAH some animations are janky or WERE some still are but once you get used to that its very fun and a lot of stuff to do ALOT. 3 different ways to probe for minerals lots of Sidequests on each planet and system and stuff :) upgrades Cool painjobs for your nomad. and my personal favorite REMANENT STUFF (not spoiling it youll learn about that stuff in the game) :) really cool combat Its worth a shot but please download the torrent :) 53 parts will take you a lot longer than just getting the torrent (1-4 hours depenging on system and network) vs 10-24 hours depenging on which links you use with the parts due to limits on mega and the other links :) Hope that helps you Nick and whoever else wants some good stuff about the game :)
thanks man :) ..... that was helpful, and made me not to loose hope on it :D (since literally everyone was bad-mouthing it) ..... i believe the internet can exaggerate about stuff like that .... but i don't think it ruins the experience ..... and sometimes having weird glitches like those face animations makes the game funny and interesting .... everyone must have picked up on that by now ...... but saddly they are ignoring the rest of it :/

I can vouch for IGG games here they test EVERY FILE to make sure it aint bad and if it is and they happen to miss it (they are only human and once in a blue moon will happen rare as it is) they usualy catch it within a couple hours :) even the torrents are tested before they upload :) so your good to go there :)
I assure that all files nerver got "corrupted archive" because I added x% recovery to .rar files. You only got "corrupted archive" if your internet unstable. (You shouldn't use more bandwidth while downloading, it will easier corrupted)
Nah, I've been on here for a year or so and I haven't come crossed a corrupted file. And if there is, you could always download it from a different link, or torrent the game ( which is far easier in my opinion for large games like this.)
The probleme is now, you must buy 10 DLC 10$,20$/unit or the saison pass shit 30$ minimum just to understand the game story and finish it at 100%. 90$ to have a finish games wow. And the great business and shit is they sell Big Delux pack with all of DLC 1 years later 60$ yeah "Make the Game Great Again" like a new AAA games.

Dude, I literally finished the game yesterday. I bought it because I love mass effect too much to wait for six months(at least I thought it would be six months) for a pirated version. now I'm broke for the rest of the month, but at least I enjoyed it a lot, which is nice.
Sell no finish games 60$ with a lots of shity 20$ DLC that the result. We are so tired too to buying and wasting our money with shity game like No Man Sky or anothers. Pirating is better no more frustration, if you dont like the game you press Suppr button and its over. Give us a real finish game without shity DLC and probably we buy it. I personaly prefer buy Inde Game, more fun, not very expensive and where Dev really listen players reviews.

The game does not start, there is a process that is not going forward. Every fix in the nexus forums does not work for me...i suspect it's because it's cracked as it seems that the existing fixes work for everyone else.
The game itself runs fine but without mods i don't have any incentive to play it.
Though ya this 1 the games where crack has it most difficult to mod.

For that bug, 1.006 supposedly fixed that, we can only patch it to 1.005 (legit game is at 1.009) atm. Shouldn't be too long before we get 1.009 though as they've removed denuvo with that patch.
This should fix any problems and if it says you are still missing something then your anti-virus may be putting the files into quarantine/blocking.

Few minutes into the game and my computer is already heating up, gpu is at 70 degrees and my cpu use is constantly at 90%.

may help you, it got rid of my stuttering and helped with some performance but the game still runs like crap just like Dragon Age Inquisition did on my PC. BF1 runs perfectly well on high (ultra textures) at 60 FPS 95% of the time but anything Bioware puts out with Frostbite runs like crap on my rig.

Get the extension called 'Copy All URLs' (by Vincent Pare) for chrome. Now hold 'control' key and click all the parts' links.Use this extension to copy all the redirected links from open tabs.There you go.Leave the rest to JDownloader.
For those who doesn't know, when you copy the links; JDownloader parses the links, downloads the package and also extracts it automatically if you want. All this is done by one click after you copy.

On high ends, it runs like a charm with highest settings up. If you're complaining, it's high time to upgrade your obsolete pc.
Those complaints are fair in certain scenes, but they are also massively blown out of proportion. They aren't nearly as bad as people make them out to be and most of the examples I see posted are taken out of context. For example, the one of Ryder waking up in pain. Yes, he/she is going to grimace in pain in that situation and no it is not out of place. But, people remove that context from the scene so that they can continue the circlejerk.
The money yeah they could have invested more money into it BUT they were unsure since ME3 was well not so highly regarded due to the ending having to be basicly redone via a dlc and such.
