There should be an aplication with the name "launcher" in the folder.
Open that.
If that doesn't work then uninstall steam,use a virtual machine,or open a new user.

It should just be on the game directory.
Download all the game parts,extract the .rar file (part 1),and go in the extracted folder.

I had same problem, but installed the 32 bit version and ticked the "copy codex to installer directory" option. this fixed the issue.

I cant believe that now😈.I just 2 hours ago downloaded version 1.66f6 something,only to see this came out,LOL😁.Ok no problem,now i have to download again,hihihi.THX anyways to IGG and Source 😃👍🤗

on steam at one point i believe my pet dungeon was separate. either way that was 7 months ago and i dont think that note was there at first.
