Hi. Thanks for the team for sharing the update. But there's two additional stages that are current locked (one of them need to be bought, the CEO arena). The same occurs for many buddies. Since in the past update the crack allowed to play on these stages and with those buddies, I found this strange. Is there a way to unlock them/fix this? Thank you beforehand.
Hi! you can get the diamond arena by downloading creatures of aether. i forgot how i got CEO arena but i think you can just get the milestone pet in the steam workshop
Im very sorry but i do not know how else to get diamond grove. If you have any sense of coding, maybe you can "Unlock" Diamond Grove by messing with the games code.
Of course, im sure the FAQ is open to questions right now.
I figured it out! for diamond grove all you have to do is download the stage via steam workshop. if it is not shown, it was either deleted or the creator hid it for their own reasons. its in the steam workshop, also accesable through steampowered.com! to download the files i also recommend using steamdownloader.io
I downloaded v2.0.7.4 the day before 2.0.8.0 was uploaded and it was working fine, but with the v2.0.8.0 upload the exe is completely unresponsive and the game is unplayable.
A few extra things to add for a little more conveniece.
5.(for number 5) You could simply search 'run' on your device (not a browser) and when the app opens, type in 'appdata' and press 'Local' then look for 'RivalsofAether'. (can also be used to delete pesky files)
7.(for number 7) Im a little sure you need the ID of the workshop character for it to work... All you have to do is copy the first string of numbers on the zipfiles name (Open the files and copy from the top bar, its editable so dont screw it up) Once thats done, create a folder and paste the string of numbers into the folders name. once thats done just paste the rest inside the folder and it should work :)
I feel that a direct link would be a bother for you, I see no problem in not having the game right now, maybe someday in the future I will have it, I don't want to make an account on discord XD, I would not want to join a group on discord only to download the game and not be part of that community. if the game dosn't launch it either means that files are missing or part of the file is out of order, try re extracting the game as directed with the shields on the antivirus OFF!!!, this way you wont lose file parts...im saying this out of experience with this issue type, as said before..crack files are using the same algorithm as malware so it is a false positive, i download games here as a way to demo them before saving up to buy them so on that note i will quote the users on this site "if this is a problem for you then buy the game" i'm not saying this to be mean...its simply the truth.

How do I reset my gamepad to default? right now left and right are inverted, up is the m key, and somehow jump/the selecting button on the menu and down are simultaneously z. Deleting and reloading doesn't help.

Every time I extract the .rar Avast immediately deletes steam_api.dll saying it's a virus (even though it's not), and then I can't open the game. I don't wanna disable Avast. Is there any way around this?
I have a problem. The game runs fine, but afer v1.3.2 every other version has my gamepad's inputs screved up. triangle (upper button) is down strong and nothing else. A and B button in game are mirrored than in v 1.3.2. help

No, I mean can I - and if so, how can I - take the the files for the premium skins out of this pirated copy, and put them into a store-bought copy? You can't get these skins anywhere else, most of them were event-exclusive.
Good question, since the whole game data is not really secured, i think that messing with appdata could unlock these skins, if you can do it with gold and aether stats, why not with skins?

Most cracked games cant play online, playing online on official servers involves authenticating and pinging with their service. Essentially telling them your pirating it so no, sorry.

once you donwload you search for the folder version 1.4.1, and move it to your desktop for now, inside there is the .exe, once open you click on the corner File--->add game and select the game's .exe, then you must give it an id of your choise and leave everything else as it is, now it will show the game on the list when you start the steamEmu (you must lauch the game from here every time if you want to play with ori) that's all, i haven't tested online but ori is unlocked ;)

In order to fix the lag problem run "RivalsofAether.exe" as admin. Also, don't forget to exit out of the steam app completely. @AlphaMale Thanks for stating it.

For lag/low fps, you must stop Steam and restart the game. For the crash at the character selection screen, I had that problem but for a reason that I don't know yet, it's working for me
Open the steam_api.txt in the game folder, erase the number and write 480. Now, when u play with steam open it will show u are playing spacewar and lag/low fps is gone :)
The games loads up perfectly fine, no lag, nothing. My only issue is that I have no chance of playing the game, When scrolling to a character, the game stops instantly and gives a coding error message. Any suggestions?
try using SmartSteamEmu, fixes the lag problems for me. also, could you possibly post 0.0.4 please? i wanna try the new jabs. EDIT: just tested your link with and without SSE, works flawlessly with SSE.
There is a simplier way, change the steamapi to 480 (u and ur friend must do it) now u play with steam open, iit will show u are playing "spacewar" Go to the menu, play online, find opponent and u and ur firend will find eachother :). Simplier with no 3rd party programs :)
