Help, everytime I try to open the .exe it goes to Steam so I can buy it. What can I do?

I cannot run the game, I didn't find any crack folder avaiable....
what do I have to do? I installed it, installed Steam and ran the .exe file as admin

So I guess my first comment wasnt let through iggs security systems, so ill try again but in a short version this time. Game didnt work because steam_api.dll made an error
after some days the game worked totally fine
today my anitvirus said the steam_api.dll contains a virus
ignored my antivirus and again the steam_api.dll made an error that said something like this file isnt compatible with windows or defect.
Maybe someone can help me, but I already lost hope...

This looks like X-Files, Fox and Scully helping each other and this kind of thing. And judging the cellphone and the camera, it certainly is from the XX century (same as X-Files). Does this game is inspired on the series?
