For anyone confused on how to install the game: 1. Download all the parts 1-6, and update 1.15 (which includes update 1.13 and 1.14 also) 2. Extract all the parts together which will create a folder with an ISO file (if the files have something after .part like (1) remove them so that .part1, .part2 etc is the last thing in the file names) 3. Mount the ISO file with an program like Daemon Tools 4. run the setup in the mounted folder 5. mute the music if its playing, and select install location you want the game and copy codex files (the cracked files) 6. Extract the update files 7. Install the updates in order 1.13, 1.14, 1.15 (make sure to select the right install location) 8. Copy the 1.15 codex crack files into the folder with the DarkSoulsIII.exe, its in the "Game" folder (you should be able to do this when installing 1.15 update but also can do it manually) 9. Make a shortcut for the .exe to make it easier to start the game 10. After running the game and pressing the start button it should say App Ver. 1.15 on the top left of the main menu (if it said 1.12 / 1.13 / 1.14 then you didn't install the updates correctly) 11. Go to your game System Settings, under Network make the game launch in offline mode so you don't have that warning message pop up each time.
where would i install the updates exactly? in the the darksouls folder? (the one that shows the uninstaller when you open it) or inside the game folder? or is it in another folder all together?

Download all files from part 1-x (x being how many parts there are for the game)
Extract all files (select all of the files and right click on the Part 1 and extract files.)
Use the Setup.exe and click the "Copy the crack content" in the setup installation. If you forget to click the option you can install the crack manually later. (The crack would be under the name Codex or Prophet and or EMPRESS in the iso dvd drive and in setup.). Some of the games don't need a install and can just be played right away.
Run the game from shortcut at the desktop or from the installation folder via game.exe (game being the name of the game you downloaded.)

your file name has a number other than the part1 and so on, like for example darksoulsiii.the.ringed.city.part1 (3) delete the (3) and so on, so the file name will be like this : darksoulsiii.the.ringed.city.part1 so that your extracting program knows which part it is sorry for my bad english tho, and if my explanations isnt really clear and understandable.
Every time I try to install any of the updates it doesn't detect any of the BDT files (except for Data4.BDT for some reason) and I am at wit's end trying to figure out why it's not working, I've tried renaming the folders, adding CODEX or crack before going through set-up, and nothing, please help I am going insane.
Alright I found out how to fix it after trial and error, you need to make a folder in your directory called "Game" (without quotation marks) and put all the data files in there, that fixes it.
Do someone knows where the Data of this game is? I can't play it, cuz the game inside, says that i have another data version of the game version, but if i don't know where it is the data how i supose to play the game, if i can't even delete it. 🙃

when you install with codex there is a small button that says : copy crack contents to install folder, check that. if you have it already installed just copy the crack from the codex folder (NOT THE FOLDER ITSELF just the FILES) into your Game folder
no you just need to remove the (2) and make the parts name say darksoullll.the.ringed.city.part2.rar instead of darksoullll.the.ringed.city.part2 (3).rar you have to do it for all the parts so it says part1.rar part2.rar ect at the end of the name

I think you should look for this on the page you downloaded this mod and look for instuctions. For example i just move cinders mod files to the dark souls 3 game folder and thats it. Nothing special.
The installer should have something that says "Path" the default being something like "C:\program files x86\dark souls 3" just change it to (default should be D: I suppose.) "D:\games\DS3" you'll have to make the games (unless already made) and DS3 folder though.
I don't think that's quite how Dark Souls NPC invades work, as long as you have a clean save file (Glitches can, and usually will, fuck your game up) and haven't messed around with cheat engine or anything of the sorts. Just going near a invade spot should trigger the summon/spawn flag, thus making the slightly retarded AI invader appear. Oh, and also, please don't try to connect to the DS3 server, it'll fail, obviously, and then you'll be prompted with a nice OK button with the message "Could not connect to..." attached, so changing it to offline by default shouldn't change anything. But it's a crack and it's DS3 so, you never really know...

Hello guys, for anyone who has the "Missing volume" error, the solution is very simple. You just have to delete the unnecessary numbers at the end (between paranthesis). Simply delete them so you get the following files names: Dark Soullll.The.Ringed.City.part1 Dark Soullll.The.Ringed.City.part2 Dark Soullll.The.Ringed.City.part3 Dark Soullll.The.Ringed.City.part4 Dark Soullll.The.Ringed.City.part5 Dark Soullll.The.Ringed.City.part6 I tried it and it worked for me! ♥

404? Sadly, the 404 error refers to a HTTP page's server not being found (or rather, it not responding), so no game should give you the "error 404 (- page not found.)" If you're willing to share the error code however, I can try to help you.

Well, it's not really a CD file, it's most likely an .ISO file. Just open it with 7zip, winrar or anything of the sorts. After that, just launch the .exe file inside the .ISO file.
So i have no idea how to get this working since its for a controller and not keyboard!! All the menus dont move or change because you need to RB and LB and A or B from a controller.... No option to change it to keyboard or anything. How stupid is this
use winrar, chose file part that broken and click the repair button ini winrar. it takes time, after fix done erase the old file that corrupted, and change the fixed file with the file that you've been deleted, basicly you just have to delete "fixed." in the front of the new file

For those experience missing NPC invasion. Go to the game folder, find the steam_emu and search for "steam offline" then set it to 0. The NPC invasion should happen normally.
Help-- When I load the game, I just get a black screen. I've tried running as admin and have applied the crack. If it helps: I made sure I downloaded each part. I added x360ce, to the game files.

I've noticed that as I get into the later areas of the game, especially the 2nd dlc but the first one as well it starts to lag pretty bad, I've got a good laptop and 80-85% of the game is lag free, just the end parts. It seems like the more data you have on a save or something might be an issue, but I don't know how to fix it, anyone have any ideas?

Download all folders and make sure they downloaded properly (you can use multiple links if some other ones don't work, I recommend openload, mega and google drive)
Put all the things you downloaded into a folder (create a folder on your desktop and paste them in)
Right click on the "part 1" and choose extract here (maybe you need to press "7-zip" first)
A folder in your folder will appear after the files are extracted.
Look into the folder and click on "Dark Souls III.iso" and wait a moment. Then, click on "setup.exe" or something called "setup" and press "install". Keep the folder open, you will need it.
After the installation is done, the game will appear on your desktop. Right click it and choose "open folder location". A folder will appear. Leave it open.
Now, look into the folder you used to install the game (you should have it open). A file called CODEX should be there. Open it and you will see a folder called "game". Drag the folder into the place you have your game installed in (should be open as well). After you've done this, leave the folder opened.
Now, download the newest update on this website and put it in the folder on your desktop. Once again click on "extract here" and wait a moment. A new folder will appear in the same place.
Open this folder and click on "setup". Just click "ok", or "install". Wait a moment.
After the installation is complete, go to the exact same folder again and open the "CRACK", or "CODEX" folder. There will be a folder called "game" again. Drag it into the same folder as before (where you have your game installed). Wait a moment.
After this is done, close all the folders.
Right click the game on your desktop (not the folder, you don't need it anymore) and choose "run as administrator". A white screen will probably appear. If yes, don't move your mouse and wait a few seconds (up to one minute). If you don't wait, the game will crash. If it does that anyways, try it again, until it works. If you have any problems, tell me and I will try to find a solution. Btw, sorry for some mistakes, i don't speak English. I hope this helps! :)
Ok so if there isnt an update then you have the latest files. All you gotta do is drag the files in the game folder located in codex into the folder where your game is and just replace the files.

So, the problem is, your PC might not meet the requirments (Mine did not meet them either, but worked anyways), second option is, just don't move your mouse at ALL. It helped me. Just launch the game and after that, put your hands up in the air and don't touch ANYTHING! Hope it could help

The previous Dark Souls 3 i download my attack animation just pass through the enemy... and i think most amd user has the same problem...does this work on amd?
Save and exit (*saving is denoted by the small fire icon at the top-right corner of the screen -- entering / exiting inventory usually prompts it)
Highlight the new save in the menu (*highlight only -- do not select it)
ALT + TAB out of game and go to save file location (*usually in AppData \ Roaming \ Dark Souls III \ [a series of numbers]
Paste your desired save over the new one that will have just been created there (*will be in a new folder)
Go back into game and now select that new save you had highlighted The game should now load the legacy save as if it were the new one. Save once and the save should then load normally from then on.
If IGG posts anything it´s normally always (!) the latest / newest version ! This here is also a standalone with all previous DLC and latest updates and patches !

I installed the game and updated, im running as administrator, I copied the files of codex into the game folder and replaced the files.... any help D:?

It only get you to the main screen of base game, on top left there's a writing said "The Ringed City" but unclickable...

So, the problem is, your PC might not meet the requirments (Mine did not meet them either, but worked anyways), second option is, just don't move your mouse at ALL. It helped me. Just launch the game and after that, put your hands up in the air and don't touch ANYTHING! Hope it could help

im able to make the npc invade by making the steam conection online in the steam emu.ini
The game should now load the legacy save as if it were the new one. Save once and the save should then load normally from then on.
