If you are still stuck at "The application failed to start correctly (0xc000007b)", follow Cendre's suggestion below. Use DependencyWalker and replace the wrong x86 or x64 dll files (indicated by red fonts) with the opposite ones you download from http://www.dll-files.com/. My dll file was x86 in System32 folder. I replaced it with x64 type in the same folder and the game executes like a charm.

i have gtx 960 m 4gb,but they give error the minimum system requrinment not meet. graphic card error but i press on yes button it start working ,how can solve error. 760 gtx have higher power than gtx 960 ? its laptop graphic card(Lenovo y 50 70). battlefield 1, call of duty infinite warfare (new games)etc working fine in my laptop. so why the error is coming in my lappy.
i haved same problem for rome total war 1 i played it with my gtx 960 4gb but now when i use gtx 1080 its say i dont meet system requirments and it wont start at all
Coucou ! Tu fais un clic droit sur le CPY, tu vas dans "propriétés". Tu va dans "sécurité" puis tu cliques sur ton profil d'utilisateur dans la liste de profils. Ça affiche juste en dessous "autorisation pour [nom sélectionné]". Tu coches "contrôle total" !
