even the minimum requirments are written to high. with GeForce 920mx, core i3 2GHz, and 4 GB RAM the game will run smoothly. really, this game isnt that heavy.
Excuse me, but i have a bit of a problem, the game crashes on Start Game at the Launcher and when i try to access Settings, an Error Window appears with this line; initialization of DirectX failed. A device could not be found.(-2113929213) Please help? (Also i am using windows 10)
Has anyone run into a problem with the game crashing after selecting the load option after start up? I can play a new game just fine but I cant load my save files I've already tried reinstalling but nothing change and nothing on the internet seems to match my troublesome problem. i just downloaded the game and installed it but when i run it .. it will open then disappear and also when i go to the settings.. it says "initialization of DirectX Failed. Please Install DirectX11 or later". but i have DirectX 12 installed on my computer! Is there any way to fix this?
Downloaded from Google Drive, extracted and installed with zero complications. Being a CODEX cracked game be sure to mark the "copy contents of CODEX directory to game installation folder" checkbox in the installer to ensure the crack is placed properly. The game runs on its own, however as mentioned in my previous message this upload does not contain the latest (Feb. 11) update to address the abnormally high CPU usage. There is a relatively hard to find update roaming around the internet for the ALI213 version which does work with this download, however, so you can do a quick google search and you'll find it sooner or later. I personally got this update and can confirm that it replaces the CODEX crack and allows the game to run just fine and at a nice 5-30% CPU usage as opposed to the 80-100% from this download alone. That aside, it's an okay game. Atelier Sophie's definitely the superior game when it comes to pretty much everything but Nights of Azure is a decent time sink with some pretty good music, definitely worth giving a shot if you don't mind hunting for the update elsewhere.

The reason I didn't post a link is that it's against the rules to post download links to other websites, this one in particular was found in the comments section of one of the many "FREESKIDROWCPYGAMES" clone sites so I couldn't just link to that site directly. That is pretty wired because that is exactly what I found and it didn't do anything for CPU usage, still was using 100% and causing game to lag but then I used vcomp110-1CPU.dll mod made by Lily and posted among other comments on steam that RodrickMayhem provided a link for and that solved my problem. There is one for this game and one for Atelier Sophie and both of them work, now my CPU runs at 50%, game doesn't lag, and both CPU cores are around 50c witch is normal for my CPU. Maybe it depends on what is your CPU or something like that.
Well that fully depends what CPU you have, I have nowhere near even minimum requirements stated above. True i doubt those are real requirements. For my Intel Core 2 duo CPU E8400 3.00GHz 50% is normal for those kind of games. Eather way it is working without lagging and isn't overheating my CPU so that is good enough fix for me.

Well, even tho the game shouldn't need high config, the 550ti is quite old. It's about 5 or 6 years old. And then again, x50 number are qualified as "office" spec. It's not even a gaming card (Gaming GPU start at the x60 number).
No. x50 cards are still gaming cards. They are made to compete with AMD low end cards. Nobody buys a gtx 1050ti to write up word documents. All GTX qualify as gaming cards. GT cards are made for office/display adapter. Even on nvidia website it says that the 550ti is a gaming card.
