For fix, here's what you need to do:

Go to the "game\Bin64" folder.
Delete the "steam_api64.dll" file.
Rename the file "steam_api64.dll.bak" to "steam_api64.dll".
Launch the game. Have fun! ;')

You don't need it in the current version, because steam_api64.dll.bak is the current steam_api64.dll file @_@. Are you having any problems?
