how to fix the black screen ? plz reply fast.

I can´t start it. At first attempt, game launched in blackscreen and then stopped responding. This happened again, three times. Then the game launched but when I tried to start a new game, it started loading, but crashed again in a half of loading. And it keeps doing this, no matter what I do.

black screen and only sound. only UI is visible. how to fix this black screen problem?
My Specs: Intel HD Graphics 3000, Core i3, 2.10GHz Quad Core, 6gb ram, Windows 10 64 bit.

The game doesn't launch for me, on Windows 10. Even as admin. Looks like it starts, then immediately quits out.
