i play this game in smartphone, in my phone there is icloud for this game so we can play anywhere, and there an new update. but i can't find in this pc version
Language is set to russian, there's no way to change it in-game afaik so you need to change it in the SmartSteamEmu.ini(just change "Language = russian" to "Language = english").
just download the OpenAL32.dll file and put it into your main folder(extracted folder) and run the game, if it still shows you any error like dll file missing you can download that file and paste it into main game folder and run the game, good luck

Doesn't work at all. Missing "VCRUNTIME140.dll" and "MSVCP140.dll" files. And even after downloading those, + the OpenAL installer, not launching... Too bad ! :/
When i try to run the executable for the game it says that I'm missing OpenAL32.dll from the computer. Anything i should know or should i just find that off google?
theres nothing wrong with your PC, just possibly never might have needed the DLL before so no other prog tried to download it during install process, but nevermind this is how you fix it:
go to the townsmen folder that you downloaded
i haven never downloaded townsmen so it might be an ISO or portable (no install required).
if ISO, mount it and try to find a file called "Redist" or "_CommonRedist"
if portable version, Nav to your townsmen folder and again look for "Redist" or "_CommonRedist"
find OpenAL folder and inside it should be coded by Version for example "1.01, 1.04" etc, find the latest version and click on the install file inside that folder, once you do that it will try to autoupdate to the very latest version and install =] OpenAL is actually quite an important file because many windows prog use it. much like Java.
When I extract the RAR file, I get two folders (one is called "res" and the other one "SmartSteamEmu") and a number of DLL files plus Launcher.exe and Townsmen.exe
sorry for the late reply, yes, inside res it could be. as res stands for "resources" it could be in there. DO NOT search for the DLL online through any DLL site despite how safe they may be, DLL not downloaded from its legitimate source will 9/10 times have some sort of malware attached to it.
What can I do for solve this problem and run the game?

I downloaded a number of DLL files and scanned them with VirusTotal, they haven't got any malware. But it's not working for me anyway.
