Yes I usually use Google Drive if that's busy then I'll use one of the Mega Downloads, also not only from this site but I also use NewGamesBox Games as well

Still don't know on what to do or even how to fix this shit. Just hate when a random error like unable to initialize steam.api appears. If u can't even try or maybe solve this problem, guess we'll all be doomed and annoyed. Do I need to uninstall then re-install again. Tried other tips for it but there's fuck all nothing. And why do I have the feeling you'll never respond?
I dunno how or where to get it to work for you, but the way it worked for me was I downloaded the steam.api online somewhere and put that in where I installed the game, which was my game directory and it worked ever since
http://Mega.co.nz is one of the most reliable sites for downloads (considering only Google Drive has decent download speed aside from it, where the others are like 50 kb per second, as opposed to the 500 kb to 1 MB per second of Drive and Mega). Just because people don't know how to use it XD or don't think New Zealand things are reliable, (although I'd suggest using Google Drive when possible for larger files, Mega has a 5GB download limit per few hours, unless you're paying for a subscription. So Drive for the big games, Mega for the medium and smaller games. Use both in tandem, that always works for me.) Anyway #NewZealandBestCountry (Or at least slightly less crap than UK, America and Canada. Not sure about Europe. Would have to go there and check, it's on the list trust me aha. )

That's a weird one, when I first installed this I had zero issues. Beat the game and everything o.o If you're sure you followed the basic instructions right, the best thing I could advice you is to try redownloading it from another host, disable your antivirus during extraction and installation and try running the game as admin (with your antivirus still disabled) and see if it works then. If you're running Windows 10 (especially with the Creator's update), I'd also recommend you run the setup during install in windows 7 compatibility mode and potentially run the game itself in windows 7 compatibility mode as well. Judging from the process starting and just randomly sitting there, my guess is that your antivirus/anti malware/firewall or basically any defense software on your PC might either be blocking the game's .exe or tried to "clean" the crack and broke it in the process, so if all else fails you could also try doing a google search for an alternative crack. Here's hoping this helps and you're able to run the game.

I can't move the items from the crack folder because the game doesn't have enough space to put it in (or at lease that's what it says for me.) I can't delete anything either to make space
Downloaded from Google Drive, lengthy download due to multiple parts but encountered no issues at all. Extraction was speedy enough and installation was simple and flawless. Haven't played much, but so far I'm a few hours in and the game runs really well with no issues; there's an online patch going around but I'm not bothering with it so I cannot confirm if it works or not, same as the undub patch as this, indeed, has the english dubbed voices only. EDIT: Undub seems to be discontinued and dead, so I guess we're stuck witn english voices. One thing to note that this is a manual crack game, by which I mean you must move the contents of the "crack" folder in the game's .iso to the game's install directory and replace the files there in order to get it to work. All in all, great upload and fairly fun game, now all that's left is hope that God Eater 2 gets cracked sometime next year. Thanks for sharing!
Honestly just stick with the English voices o.o I'll admit that I prefer Japanese voices whenever available, I went out of my way to play Persona 3 and 4 undub since I thought the English voices were terrible and I did look into the undub for this and God Eater 2, but after playing with the English voices I really don't think they're all that bad. Sure, some scenes may not be as "powerful" as they'd be with the Japanese voices but the English voices still give characters their unique personalities. Sakaki's got that fox-like cunning air to him which is expressed with his extremely confident and fast dialect, Kota's got that childish air in his sugar-rush manner of speaking, Lindow actually sounded more ominous in English than he did in Japanese . Overall the English dub is really not that bad... for the most part. Shio's voice makes me wish I could stab my eardrums repeatedly. The player character quotes are also pretty funny in English. That said I believe the Undub only covers the Devouring Apocalypse arc, the rest is not undubbed, though I might be wrong in this regard.

-- I noticed that once you install the Online Patch, the SaveGame moves to the STEAM folder: Drive:...\STEAM\UserData\366093051\460870\remote\GE10db0505531180001000
Some of the folder numbers may vary, iDK, but looking under the UserData should reveal the save files. Good for backing up your game, for safety.
i really hope the undub patch will be finished quickly... i play the first GE in english voice, not bad but the second GE in japan, so i like the japanese voice better. IGG, i hope when there are the undub patch, please make it available to us.

Some people has this problem. Try to open cpy.ini and change: PlayerName=CPY Change to your preferred user name SavePath=%DEFAULT_CPY_DIR% Change to .\SAVE ( need to create this folder ) then tey to launch game and save. make sure the save is placed to the new location. if you used revolt patch, there will be revolt.ini open it and change: Savetype= 7 also change the save file location too, and make sure you enable save there also, some say that you need to launch the game before you use the revolt patch, and make sure the save file is exist. then apply the revolt patch
Did you copy and paste the crack files to it's file location? how about try to change the compatibility to window 7 or xp or vista it's just working fine to me

I used to have the same problem. Does your PC username have a ´, " or ¨ sign? if it does, change the name to something with only letters or numbers. At least that's what fixed it for me. P.S: you may have to change a few things to not lose your user config, google that.

I know. just giving it a shot. ive tried it with other games thats on a same situation as this, and most of em worked. so..you know. wouldnt hurt to at least try
lol, even if the two games are using the same engine, there's no chance it could work without a lots of game breaking bugs. + GE2 is using Denuvo so ... forget about that. We probably have to wait a few months more until some group finds a way to crack GE2. ...But since GE2 is quite the niche title, theres even a chance, that there won't be a crack for it.
i have no proof since i didn't downloaded it yet but i think GE2 is included since it takes as much space on the HDD than the one you can buy from steam

God Eater Resurrection is a remaster of God Eater Burst, which is an expansion of the original God Eater that was japan-only. It IS the first God Eater, just a better version of it. Maybe you shouldn't insult people when you're also wrong?
Does this game has good keyboard/mouse controls like Monster Hunter Online?(the Chinese one). Otherwise I rather play the PSP version since it also has easy LAN.
