Looks like an indie to me...it'll probably need a good year or two before it actually gets good, though I highly doubt it'll get much further than its current state. I mean, just look the description; the grammar is godawful lol seeing as it's a tank game about the Red Army, I'm guessing its developers are indie Russians.
