Run in xp sp 3 capability mode fix it if you runing windows 10

I had this issue today, then I got curious and went into the game folder. In the install directory, is the configuration exe. I launched it, changed the resolution to match my screens and ran the game. I could now access the skill/spells menu without issue.

Yeah i discovered that yesterday so at least that has a workaround, now is just the weapons skills permanently disappearing which was addressed in a patch that came out on release day. No clue if they're going to update the game here though.

I think the key is your refresh rate try setting it as high as you can.
Mine using ACER XB271HU monitor:
