Since it's not been made entirely clear on how to install and run this game here is a little guide: Step 1: Download Winrar in order to then extract the game's files to wherever you want Step 2: Download and install Alcohol 120% (the trial version is all you need) Step 3: Once installed restart the computer and then run the program Step 4: There should be a tab called virtual drive. Click it. A tab that looks like this should pop up. Set the number of virtual drives to 1 and then make sure both of the boxes are ticked. After you're done click ok. Step 5: In the Devices section there should now be a virtual drive. Right click it and click mount image. Navigate to where you copied the games contents and select the Cue file. After this the file should run like a disc or USB, giving you the option to run the setup file or copy its contents. If there is any problems reinstalling Alcohol 120% usually fixes it..
Go to this link https://www.dll-files.com/d3dx9_43.dll.html and download the d3dx9_43.dll file needed for your computer. after downloading the files extract it and copy the d3dx9_43.dll file, and go to your Local Disk (C:) click Windows afterwards and to Windows find System32. After you find System32 double click it, and paste the file and that should be the solution you need.
(Make sure you have the right one because there is two type of architecture, 1 for 32 bit and 1 for 64 bit.)

there is ".mds" file right? that file is acting as ".iso" file but you need special program to open that. The only program i know that able to open ".mds" is "Alcohol 120%". Once installed, you need to restart the pc then, you can see "mount to ..." option and the file inside the ".bin" file will be visible.
