I think the codex cracks are no longer available. Most sites only repack the whole game in each update. It's pretty tedious to install the whole game again:(
OK, I know where this release's save file location is (C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Goldberg SteamEmu Saves\454650\remote\DBXV21) and I know where my save file from my old v.1.18.00 version is, so that's not the problem. However, when I try to replace the v1.20.00 save with my v.1.18.00 save with my lv.60 CaCs, it keeps saying the save is corrupted , even though it loads fine in the older version. Any idea how I can overcome this?

Você encontrara as ferramentas facilmente pesquisando.
A Ferramenta que vai estar usando do conjunto se chama "xv2savdec" Você vai localizar o seu save antigo e copiar para a pasta extraída do xv2savdec,o meu se encontra em "#:\Users\Public\Documents\Steam\CODEX\454650\Remote\dbxv2.sav" então na pasta da ferramenta, vc vai arrastar o arquivo dbxv2.sav para o xv2savown.exe, e então vai surgir uma tela CMD mostrando o Steamid do save e perguntando se quer alterar.
o novo Steamid se encontra na nova pasta de save do jogo, no meu é "AppData\Roaming\Goldberg SteamEmu Saves\settings\user_steam_id.txt" voce vai colar esse novo steamid la no cmd e pressionar enter, e BANG ta feito.

Lembrando q eu fiz esse processo com um save da versão (1.15). não fiz o teste mas também deve funcionar cm o save (1.18). Falo isso pq a ferramenta n reconhece o save da versão (1.20) ainda, creio que futuramente um update das tools vai resolver o caso.
Yes this method worked for me with my save file from 2020 (I don't know which version of the game it was from, i didn't take note). though I would still like to know if save transfers from xv1 are still possible with my above comment?

sorry for a late response, usually if you update the game and your save no longer works. you can grab your save from your "game folder where saves are" bc (each game may be different depending on who cracked it, where the game saves too). but, copy the save in the user save data folder for said game. and paste it into the current save location (which would have a more recent date)
its best to make a new save for the game, grab the old save files, go to where that new save is located, and paste the old save into the new location. usually works without issue, sometimes a few things need to be tweaked. with that, i cant assist with bc i have not tried this with an older patch. hopefully you still have your old save, and wish to resolve this.
It would be nice if the IGG-Games admins would actually mention a possible new change in the save location, because I spent the last hour looking for a solution for the incompetence of a save editor.
Anyone know how to transfer the xv1 save file to this version of the game, its not picking it up for me. I tried the method of putting the xv1 file in the "Remote" folder and the "dbxv2" folder in the goldberg save location but I got the same result. Any solutions?

Anybody know how long the first update takes? Cuz mine's been stuck on data.cpk.cdx_newfile for like, 60 mins (oh and plz don't suggest disabling antiviruses, as I've already tried and I have 100x more space required).
I downloaded both updates and did the 1.17 inclu. dlc first, yet it's as if it's not doing anything, as it's stuck on "Scanning files... data.cpk.cdx_newfile" for the past 30 mins. Could someone plz help me out with this issue?
Thx for the suggestion, but that's still not working. It's still stuck on that same scanning files thing, even though I disabled my antivirus and Windows Defender. Should I just reinstall the entire game, since I still have the setup, or move my savedata elsewhere? Or should I try getting the updates from a different drive? I dont know but i was waithing for 1.26 but it never updated so i had to bought xenoverse 2 1 month ago coz i have framerate problem on 1.17 . the update 1.28 really make everything smoother no more staggering framerate. Sadly i cant use my fav mod thats the downsides of 1.28 . I keep the igg games 1.61 on other pc because my fav mod reason.
Yeah its normal since this is an outdated build of the gaming being 1.17 while the current version is on like 1.61 or something which the mod loader uses the current build which we sadly wont be getting since im pretty sure this game only gets updated when new DLC drop and only gets those DLC
yes it works with ps4 controllers but you need ds4 to make it work cuz ps4 controllers dont work standard with pc, its safe, it does work, its real and no online wont work for obvious reasons
This has the most currently released update, the Legendary Pack Set, as far as I can tell...I saw the two new characters (God of Destruction Toppo and Pikkon) in the character selection as well as the in-game character editor.

Hello can someone help me? when i launch dbxv2 it crashes and says "Some of the game data may be corrupted use "VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME CACHE" in steam client." been working on this for a couple of days and still no luck.
if you did that and connected to online servers your account would be banned since it says you wouldnt have bought the dlc. so go for it just rip the stuff you need from the contents but dont be surprised if you cant play online ever again
yeah I did for a month straight before I gave up asking. sadly pretty sure this game is more or less done with updates. maybe when we get the new DLC might get something but I dont have hopes for it and I ended up just buying during the last sale
For those who are trying to get the game running but couldn't even if you have the requirements. Both the 1.13 and 1.14 have the leap year bug. This can be fixed by either: Method 1: Setting the date back to February 27, 2020. Method 2: Use a separate application to do that. I personally use an application as it only affects the target app, in this case is Xenoverse 2.

Can someone help me? I believe it's an error with graphics software but even after updating correctly, It opens, but after I get past the "start game" menu, it loads like I'm about to get to the character select screen but then just crashes. This has happened on both computers I've tried to bootleg this game on.
Actually I followed your reply on darkpulse777's comment and got it to work, with a little bit of trial and error. Basically to reword your old comment for people having the same issue I'll reword it. First, download and unpack all three parts into one folder using Winrar, then download the updates below the game files you just downloaded. (AKA the 1.14 update w/ DLC, the 1.14.01 update and 1.14.01 hotfix) From here, once you've installed the game and used the Codex crack, you should be on v13.0. And to update it you must extract the updates one by one. THIS IS THE ORDER YOU MUST FOLLOW
Extract the 1.14 w/DLC, run the setup, put the CODEX files in your game's bin folder and replace
Repeat step one but with the 1.14.01 update
Repeat step one but with the 1.14.01 hotfix From there on, you'll be on version 1.14.01 and you should be able to play the game offline!
P.S. I don't know how to get from 1.14.01 to the newer version (1.15) so I can't use the newest Xenoverse 2 Mod Installer or XV2 Patcher. If you know where to go and what to do to get either the update or an older version of the modding software, PLEASE respond with the answer and link to it!!!
download part 1 -3 and extract those together and run the exe. Then download the updates 14 than 14.1 than 14.1 hotfix (extract these separately). Make sure to drop the files in the update folder into the main folder in the order I gave earlier than click the Setup.exe when that's done copy the codex folder in the main Xenoverse 2 folder. Now do the same for the rest. (Make sure to apply one at the same time).

the teleportation is a bugged from game, not from your side, so dont be down cuz of that. and about aura boost dash, even COM sometimes doesnt lands, when i have changed gameplay controls (from mouse and keyboard to controller), so everything seems to me more accurate..

u can't play the cracked version online, it's like that for all the cracked games. as for the data there is no problem. but if you want to do a backup to be sure, you can always find them by going on the steam_emu (in the game folder) and you should find the location of your data here.
