I have downloaded all 3 parts and the updates yet the game launches with no dlc on it. I have also cracked it, extracted all DLC files as well. Please help.
on the update rar there is a folder named "crack".this is to crack the game thinking you bought it on steam it will activate all the dlc´s.just paste all the ddl files in your game folder

1.21 is not yet released. patch is 1.20.1. please fix in title and instructions. the download link, interestingly enough, has the correct version in the file name.
How i made it work: 1)I re-downloaded the 3 parts (If you have downloaded it before and then updated it using another version it didn't work) 2)I downloaded the update 1.20 from the link and then updated it 3)I didn't have any dlc so i used the link user myfriend123 posted below(thanks!) https://mega.nz/#!LkcDAK7Y!_VJLgsU0zZAG6z1FkQMUnHnUE4WndXC2AiLxDKO17kM) and downloaded the file extracted it and copied the contents of the "Crack 3DM" folder to the game directory 4)I didn't have all the dlc so i went to the 3DMGAME folder i transferred earlier and opened it with notepad and added DLC050=538021 DLC051=538020 below the others 5)I opened the game and everything worked perfectly I hoped this helped and i want to thank myfriend123 for the link

I have a bit of a problem, I have properly installed all the RARS(including the final 1.20 DLC Update Rar), proceeded to extract and run the setup.exe file in the disc. Then proceeded to run the other exe in the 1.20 DLC rar and both installations were a success, but whenever i open the game, the DLC tab in the launcher is grayed out and when I mouse over it, it reads "No DLC Available", and in the game itself, in the content tab, the dlc shows, but all show as Inactive and i have no idea how to fix this. Any help?
i try this before and all the pirated dlc work with game but i don't know if the new one work i'm downloading it right now i hope it works :D i have the game on steam but cant afford all the dlc :(
Works for me. Be sure to download the extra file near the bottom for the update from 1.18 to 1.20 (includes Mandate of Heaven DLC). Thanks for the speedy upload! :)
I dont understand, my friend. You only need install 3 parts (At step 1), then install Update and DLC at Step 6. You will have latest version and ALL DLC now :D

lol u cant its cracked if u didnt buy it in steam steam automatically thinks,'hm, this user hasnt bought the game.' and thus u wont be able to get mods even if u subscribe to them.
what you can do is buy the game, and get a cracked multiplayer file. I dont know how i did it exactly but because i bought and downloaded games, I was able to load them onto the cracked version

Tell him to download a copy of cracked EU IV from here. Problem solved. If legitimate versions don't work with pirated versions, use pirated versions for good measure.
HOW TO GET THIS TO RUN This installation will not work out of the box. Based off the comments here I had to do a few additional steps to fix this:
Download the "fix" from MrBigBadBoo's comment. This contains a patched steam_api.dll, steam_api.dll, and steam_appid.txt. Replace the old files in the game folder with the patched ones. This will allow you to run the game. Link here: http://www.filedropper.com/fix_3
If you get a "dxd9_43.dll is missing" error, you need to install Microsoft DirectX 9. Download this from the microsoft website.
If you get a "MSVCR100.dll and MSVC100.dll are missing from your computer" error, you need to download and install Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Service Pack 1 from the Microsoft website. MAKE SURE YOU INSTALL THE 32-BIT (x86) VERSION, OR IT WONT WORK. Took me like an hour to figure this out.
What i did for the DLC to work is to grab the "steam_api.dll", "steam_api_o.dll", and the "steam_appid.txt" from the 1.18.3 version and replace the ones from this version. Then delete the "cream_api.ini" and replace with "3DMGAME.ini" from the 1.18.3 version. This last part is imperative or else the game wont launch.
You demand? Really? Go buy the game mate and then demand whatever you want, say thanks to those guys you can at least enjoy the game for nothing, there is not a single problem with the DLC.
Dude if you buy it or not its not my problem, you can play just fine like this, its up to you what to do or not, but the DLC are right in here, don't see any problem, however you should google for Rezmar version better.

For those of you that are having troubles with the DLC in the newest version, take all the "Steam files" from 1.18 and replace the steam files in the 1.19.1 with them
You are the best. With both files and deleting cream_api the DLC works now. If anyone else is having problems just download both files, delete cream_api , and put the downloaded files where you deleted the cream file. When it asks you to replace say yes.
What the world?? Your procedures works fine, but why did IGG made it complicated? lol It would be a problem if the other users don't have the previous version of EU4.
Somebody knows how to install the DLCs? I tried to copy and paste the steam files that are inside the disc (of Daemon Tools) in the folder where the game is ubicated (like always did), but when i try to open the game it says ''ini file not found in the game folder''. The game itself works, but without the dlcs. When i try to install them this error pops out. Hope somebody can help me. Thanks.
google the number to find what it is, but also make sure the antivirus you have is not interfering with the crack. the game works perfect for me, minus the lingering bugs..
