Unzip The Download in a Folder (we call it Folder XYZ for now)
Unzip "thugcd1.iso" , which is now in Folder XYZ because of Step 1 (Yes, you can unzip iso's! That's new for me)
Copy or Cut the Content of folder "cd2-3" into Folder XYZ
Start Setup.exe

Problem.after clicking on the launcher "play" nothing happens. The game appears in the task manager "THUG" but disappears.
Someone save me.

you need to copy all from the diskfolder in a normal desktop foulder and copy the data from cd2-3 in this foulder than you can start runbeforeinstall

in order to fix this
you have to put cd 1 into a new folder
after that you put cd 2 into the new folder where you put cd 1 in
then put cd 3 into the new folder where you put cd 1 in
