For me the game start and when the main menu appear the game close with no error just close (run as admin or not)

I just downloaded game again, I still can start it normal @.... You got problem when you click "New game" or while playing game?

BTW, I think you should install all files in _CommonRedist folder before start game. I think you're missing PhyX in your window.
