Does anyone have the link for just the crack? I bought the game on steam but keep getting an error about being unable to contact activation servers. Been going on for a little over a year now and never been able to play it.
NOTE: rockstar keeps updating its now 2.0.1, preventing to launch. Is there a newer version? I believe its affecting all the games GTAV, Max Payne 3 .etc i was playing Max P 3 and after about a hour started getting errors of saving. After i restarted game that's when the launcher said new version needed to run.
So I've closed and opened this game like 5 times..worked fine. Now It just says that bullshit about social whatever. I do have one but I suppose I shouldn't use it. How did the crack screw up? Any fixes? Thanks. (yes I have windows defender off and still gives me this error and stays at main menu.)

If anyone's having trouble with social club, go to windows defender, turn off real time protection, copy the social club dll over into the installation folder with the rest of the cracks, and leave windows defender off when you load the game.
I'm running into issues with the Social Club. It says 'social club initialization error (4)'. I put the crack in correctly and I even installed Social Club from Rockstar but I still get the same error.

Question is what. *I run a Win7 64bit btw, and specs are above the required level. Any help is much much appreciated guys.
Ok guys, my problem is solved. I'm just writing this in case someone else has my exact problem. Once again, the problem was "decompression failed error code -12" or it could be other codes (2, 6, etc.) Solution: This problem is a memory issue. If copying Rar files out of their directory and pasting them back didn't solve it, then probably your 'hard drive' or 'RAM' is faulty. Mine was RAM. I removed the faulty RAM from my motherboard and the problem was gone. You can check the health of your RAM using "Windows memory diagnostics" which is included in windows 7 and higher. Also, another symptom of faulty RAM is that each time you exctract a set of rar files you get different 'corrupt files' prompts. For example, the first time part1 is detected as corrupt and second time part1 is fine but part3 is detected as corrupt. This was the important detail I wasn't paying enough attention to. Hope this helps someone, since no matter how much I searched, I couldn't find anything on it.
Thank you for the answer my friend. Appreciated. I am almost 100% certain that's not it. I have downloaded Max Payne 3 from three different sources. Two of them had 5% recovery Rars. I even suspeceted my hard drives. checked them. Everything seems fine. There was also a suggestion of 'moving iso file to a new location and then trying to install' which I did and still got that error code 12.
Does anyone know if the crack works? so many people say "they have cracked" max payne 3 but im still waiting for actual proof that this game is cracked, seeing as ive never played it on pc before
Mind telling me how to get this crack to work? i seem unable to actually play the game because of some error with social club an before you ask, yes i did apply the crack. Im not new when it comes to this but ive never had this much of an issue with a cracked game
basically i launch the game and it fails to let me reach the main menu, i get to the part where it says max payne 3 but then some error with social club with a number 4 at the end. ill see if the game will let me take a screenshot
a few questions have you tried turning your anti virus off while playing? did you have social club installed before? did you installed the social club that was in the crack? did you try start the game as an administrator?
Dont have an antivirus as they are all terrible, i did have social club installed before but it was an earlyier version than the one included in with the game so i installed that one and i ran as admin after the first time it failed seeing as its worked before with other games
uninstall the old social club and the new one then reinstall the new one(hope its working) and anyone has a antivirus if you dont get one from the internet you have the windows defender wich is standart in windows
Windows defender was disabled the day i got this pc because its worse than anything else. i cant uninstall social club as it tells me i need to delete everything associated with it aswell which would mean deleting 7 games just to get one. i thought of something and im waiting for a fresh install to see if it works because deleting 7 games (one of which is gta 5) is a major hassle and would only be my last step thing if all else fails
my idea worked. disabled my internet and enabled compatibility mode for windows xp service pack 3. for some reason the compatibility mode wont work for me unless i disable my connection first. Thanks for taking time out of your day to assist me :D

How long it takes for a file to download is not a viable reason to request a Re-Upload, therefore, you can consider your request denied.
IGG-Games only accepts Re-Upload requests when ALL available options are down.
