This version doesn't work, so I bought this game. Totally worth its money. It's like an MMO without graphics. Can be very confusing once you're out of the tutorial, so I recommend checking out their Discord and read some guides, because you are going to write Javascript a lot. I'm now almost 50 hours into the game now and it's awesome.
The reason I was checking it out here is because the first 4 ish hours are singleplayer only, so I thought I'd check that out and then move over my save files to a purchased Steam copy if I liked it for the multiplayer.
Being offline gives a connection error, and being online gives an authentication error...so I'm not sure how anyone's accessing the tutorial in order to make an account and play online. Game seems broken at the moment.
My game is not working? I started with steam as a no steam product and still doesn't work. When I start the game it just loads and then closes by itself.
Simple fix. Simply launch steam and add it as a non-steam shortcut, if you don't know how to do this then look it up online. When you open the game with steam it should work.
I have confirmed that multiplayer works. You have to complete the trust.sentience tutorial. After successful completion and retrieval of the username key, you will be connected to the online server. You're on your own after that point, I still haven't figured out what to do after you connect to the main channel.
To fix the close problem you must use stream and add the game as a non steam product. You have to open with stea but the game is an online game so you cant really do anything
uh this is an online multiplayer game, a mud, or mmo.... there's no way this would ever work guys, except for letting you have access to the game in a version that will never work. it's like pirating WoW, you'd need a fan server to play on.
It works. The game works like a any Telnet MUD, you only need to add it as a non-steam product and launch from steam. The steam-api files handle the rest of the authentication.
I did not. I ask them to fix one file whitch contains all users and their progres. Because i can not find it my self xd. And i am on IGG games from begining so don't worry. I know what they do here :)
