it says msvcp100.dd was not found, anyone know a fix?

There seems to be a resolution isue, i have 1920, 1080 monitor, but when i run the game on that setting, the game dosn't show the full image.

Its saying steam client not found plz help

when i start launcher i recive error "app stop working"

When I start setup I receive an "Out of String Range" error

When I start setup it is shown on taskbar but there is no window. Task manager says process is not responding, any fix?
