Sadly i discover, after hours of search and attemps, that this version is not the updated "steam edition" from 2012 ,http://gamingdead.com/2012/07/30/earth-2160-update-adds-superstorm-mod but more like the original first version, bare of even the first out of two patch that exist. Finding all the content missing, on the free net, seems impossible, but as today i see it priced 5€, and at 1€ in offer sites, i and pals will buy it for sure. For those, who have troubles with activating the game: Don't use the serial key provided with the game. Instead get the keygen from here: https://files-gf.wiretarget.com/files/kg/gdx-e2kg.zip Then use the serial number generated by keygen After that go to activation, and select phone activation option. Type the serial number, and the activation request code from the game into the generator and hit "freischaltcode berechnen". Type the generated code into the activation field and then hit "OK" The game is now activated. Keep the keygen, though... I remember, that the game was changing the code everyonce in a while, so... Well y'know.
Thanks @Rasalom. I confirm that the serial keys inside folder do not work(the installation accept the first part of it but not the second, the phone activation code), where the keygen by PARADOX, and your instrutcions works good.
hi admin my name is chris I'm having issues with the copy of earth 2160 on the google drive link i have installed the game on a stand alone computer for personal use but the game wont run through the programs start up. Install went well enough no problems with it as it seems (except no serial number or cd key was requested which is an odd thing since i know this game comes with one such requirement). after that though When i try to run the game it spits out an error message telling me to contact one of the companies that developed the game wth is my first reaction. so i think the problem may be the game not prompting the cd key request is what leads me to the possibility that that's why it may be broken and spitting out this error message I'm reading can you help me and fix the game i have my own cd key (which i lost my own copy of the game you will not believe how so please refrain from asking) if you could please send me a copy of the actual original game that can fix it or fix the game on the site so i can at least grab that if you wish to contact me you can reach me at [ assassinkiko@gmail.com ] or i will regularly check this site every so often.
