i had the same issues i was trying to use the 1.0.6 fixed version and it didnt work just downloaded this and it works great! also im using windows vista and duo core 2 processor 2.8ghz and game works great not sure why you put i5 core and minimum! need to fix it!
Sorry i tried with the launcher and it still doesnt work, im using admin permission, as soon as i start the game it freezes. Any ideas on how to fix it?
hmm... should work though ... have you tried to redownload the game? Maybe something went wrong with your download... I don't have it anymore so I can't check, but the launcher worked for me... Sry that I can't help anymore

Then the game's UI scaled up by at least a factor of 3 and i couldn't edit the options. Resizing the window seems to worsen the problem.
If you want to change to windowed mode, first set the UI scaling to 100%, or else the UI will bug out.
