found a way to install this game and now it's asking me to insert a cd-rom, anyone know a fix for this?

to anyone who stumbled here and was wondering how to play this game , just go to the steam page for this game navigate to guides and there's a good explanation on how to setup scummVM to be able to play this game , personally I played this on my phone since the textures look better over there and it runs without looking like shit

I tried to install but it says the setup.exe "This app can't run on your PC", To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher. I have a Surface Pro 6 running Windows 10 Home. I tried using compatibility (Windows 8), to no avail. Any suggestions?
