uhmm I accidentally started the game using the one inside system now I can't run it with the cracked launcher. It won't start anymore EDIT: Tried on a diffrent device and that doesn't seem to be the problem
Go in the game directory and change rev.ini. Change the text that says Russian to English. If you can't save on current folder save it on desktop and then move it to the game folder. I realize i am 6 months late but take this text as a message to people who have the same problem and scroll through,heheheh.
You probably know by now but i will say anyway. Even when using a service like hamachi,the host needs to click "host game" and then the ones joining should go to multiplayer,then in the tab "lan". The server should be there
To change the language to ENGLISH, open your killing floor root folder, open rev.ini, then look for the line "Language: Russian" then change Russian to English. Restart game. Enjoy! (Feature this comment so they can see)
Hey Saitama, I've tried to replace the Russian with English and went to save, but when i tried to replace the file, it said i didn't have permission to, and won't save any other way. Any suggestions?
Maybe you fixed it already but for anyone with same problem, try opening a notepad as administrator, (click windows key, type notepad, right click, choose run as admin). Now on the upper left under the title bar click 'file' then 'open' , now find and choose rev.ini (if it doesn't appear, change text documents to 'all files' located above the cancel button) Now find the line Language then rename Russian to English, save and play!
save as a .ini file somewhere else, then copy and paste it to the root folder, or copy the original .ini file to other drive or desktop, edit it there, save, then replace it.

I found a fix by using steam launcher though

What error do you get?
Did you mount the .iso file with daemontools?

you need to open rev.ini and replace the "Russian" with "English"
