can anyone help me, i can't start the game, there is just bioshock small window and then when bigger white window appear there is a "exe stopped working" error. I tried installing it every possible way, with and without crack, same error. Started as admin same problem. Can't find any cracks for this game.
The game crashes again and again,right now i'm in arcadia but i can't play the game anymore,it crashes with screen freeze at any time no matter when and where i'm playing and after it crashes there's like a big stuttering sound like a chainsaw idk how to solve that i would have to quit the game
The game is not working for me as it doesn't seem to be compatible with my windows version even if I tryed to solve it with the system itself. Does anyone know how to deal with this? thanks ^^
Thanks a lot for this. So far, no problems with the game. Only MegaUp link is working, but I see no download limit there, either for speed or size, it's pretty good as of today.
Hey can someone help me? I got every part, extracted, run the isntaller, pressed the check box for "put files from CODEX folder to game directory". When I try to run the game it says "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR110.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem". The same with "MSVCP110.dll". So I reinstalled. Same problem. What do I do?
or you can have broken hardware guys. MS Visual C++ Redistributable installation kept failing and then my hard drive was diagnosed with broken sectors, so i had to install windows on a new one
This is an old comment, but for those with similar problems: typically this happens when your antivirus deletes the patched files after install (assuming you copied them over, which you did - don't know what the guy below is talking about). You need to make sure to whitelist the folder before launching... exclude the game folder from scanning (by path). Different programs implement this differently, but it's the same general principal. These particular files are part of the MS Visual C++ Redistributable package. If they are simply missing and not being blocked by your AV because they've been patched, then I'd try a reinstall of the 2010 or 2015 Visual C++ package.
Cannot launch game unless steam is running? I have steam open but it still isn't working. Anybody know how to fix it? I even added it into my steam library, still nothing :/
try doing this Disabling high quality shaders fixed the corrupted save bug, and eliminated the crash at medical load. now try to load Neptune's Bounty.
basically this is a re-textured verison of the original, it still has mouse sensitivity issues, the original port;s bugs,. but the textires are soooo much nicer now. also there's challenge rooms (ala- bioshock infinite) i've been waiting for this, the original port looks so outdated.
