I don't even know why people wanted this so badly. It has a terribly generic story and pretty bad art compared to other Sakura titles... This is just my opinion of course... but yeah, I don't get it at all.
If you want RPG/Rogue element, the only game of the Sakura series that has it is Sakura Dungeon. I can recommend you the neptunia series (HyperDimension Neptunia, you can find a lot of the games here. ;)) if you like those kind of gameplays. :)
