@For newbie: Don't forget crack before launching the game (otherwise you will get the "no license" error). By doing one of the following:
Method 1: before installing the game, check the following box:
Method 2: or after installing the game, open the iso file, copy everything in the "RUNE" folder, then paste them to where you installed the game, enjoy ;) (see tutorial image here if you still dont know: https://igg-games.com/how-885614657-to-install-game-and-update.html)
Thanks for the offline version, Let It Die is really fun now without the microtransactions. It’s ironic and fortunate that they didn't let it truly die.
The game didn't achieve explosive popularity, but it maintained a loyal player base averaging 8,000 for over 10 years. It wasn't a huge success, but it was enough to last more than a decade. Now, this offline version eliminates the downsides of the original experience: microtransactions. It retains all the content and updates the game received over 10 years, equivalent to more than 250 hours of content, and virtually unlimited if you go to the endgame.
btw for those who want to make videos or who have decided to buy it on steam, u can change your ID from IGGGAMES to something else by using "Let It Die Utils" open you save file with it (back up before in case) and look for the keywords IGG
Thanks, had to restore a virus/false positive from protection history, but game works well.
has a couple issues with FPS locked to 60 when ingame vsync is on. when off (and nvidia control panel vsync is set on) it still goes above my monitors refresh rate so a hard cap might be needed.
being a DX9 game it also feels quite dated, hopefully modders will be able to turn this one into something great
Never got around to playing it, but the developers have my respect for having an exit plan that didn't leave their players hanging, unlike Ubisoft with the first The Crew game. Hopefully, other developers and publishers look at this and follow their example.
It's a false positive bro. Just turn off AV. The game is sourced from Steam and uses Goldberg-fork, a popular emulator used today. It's open source, if you suspect a virus, check everything inside yourself.
they should have done this a long time ago
just like certain games like diablo 2 who have both online and offline mode

PS: RUNE has also just released, I’ve updated to it, and the crack is more stable. You can download their version again if you like.
