I have now beaten this game(It doesn't take long to get all the endings) and, unfortunately, I have to say it's a massive step DOWN from Date To Die For and I will explain why though keep in mind this is all my subjective opinion: The character you date is not interesting The MC is not interesting The humor is cringe The "Antagonist" is only interesting in the sense that it talks in different languages(Japanese, Chinese, French, Portuguese and one other I could not identify) Switching from mechanics where you find spell ingredients and cast spells in the right order to mechanics where you're timed and have to find items and lore in a hurry was a TERRIBLE decision The endings are not interesting. The connection to Lovecraft is tenuous at best, the game doesn't make it apparent and you only see it if you have some knowledge of the books the man wrote. All in all it's fun if you like this franchise but way worse than Date To Die For
such tolerance you have to play this powerpoint dating simulators i cant stand this shit less than 1 hour before getting bored and try something different never been a fan of VNs
I am, but only very particular ones. This franchise for example I love, not only for it's connection to Lovecraft but also it's humor and character. This entry just dropped the ball completely.
Holy shit! I had no idea there was going to be a third game! So, we had Chthluh and The King In Yellow in the first game, Shub-Niggurath in the second one(With a cameo from Nyarlathotep in both games) so what kind of Eldritch abomination are we going to get in this one? EDIT: Ok, so, I'm not going to say what it is you date in this one but I will say, it has different mechanics than the previous games, it's a timed puzzle game now
