If you weren't told it was AI you would never know. The game is gorgeous. But it's fundamentally broken on a design level. It would be trash even if it were handmade.
Better get used to AI games becoming more prevalent, from AAA to AA to indie. Why pay for voice actors, animators, and the rest when you can be one guy with an idea and AI?
And much like four years ago, AI video was Will Smith eating spaghetti, and now? Now there are one-man productions on YouTube doing things as good as anything streaming as AI is getting better and better at consistency. Give video games a year or two, and it will be the same.
except they are a studio. why even borthered having a studio with bunch of staff if ai were heavily used so much that they, the developer themselves doesn't even know what's made by ai and what's made by them anymore
