You didn't read the description for the game didn't ya? It's set 15 years BEFORE the other games. Meaning the main carracter (Amicia de Rune) wasn't born or was about to be born when this game is set, Amicia was 15 in the first game and aprox 16 in the second as the second game takes place about 6months later.
