I found a way to do this: Open the file “game\ChopChopInc_Data\Plugins\x86_64\steam_settings\configs.user.ini” in the game directory, and change the last line of the configuration to the language you want. You can find the supported languages in the “supported_languages.txt” file in the same directory.
