I actually got the error : the application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142) I check your tutorials https://sites.google.com/a/stconline.edu.hk/install-guide-games-download-tutorial/trouble#TOC-0XC0000__-ERROR and made my own researches and so update all vcredist directx and nvdia update but it don't work. So i started searching desperatly everywhereand the only things i find are *the fact that the vcredist and directx installation script (in the folder oof the game) are supposed to access to a directory in regedit witch doesn't exsist here --> "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Valve\Steam\Apps\CommonRedist\vcredist\2013" but i do not have Valve key in my regedit (even if i install steam) *in steam_emu.ini i got this ### Game data is stored at %SystemDrive%\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Steam\CODEX\425220 but in this folder i only have a folder numbered as 331600 (witch is the game id for one pice pirate warior that i'have play recently but uninstall) I am no longer interessed in playing the game but just want to know where is the problem.

hello,i have a question.when I open the game a black screen appears and soon after it closes, I installed it and tried to do everything, but it didn't work, what do I do?
no u can never trust the minimal or recommended its just the developers opinion on what you should / could use to play the game. usual y at least now it says for example Radeon R2 or something that comes close to it in addicion 8Gb ram is recomended because of your windows using 4gb so your games need some as well thats why its recomended you have 8.
Can anyone please tell me how to make it run ,when ever I tried to run as administrator the OPBB.exe file ,a window just pop up and saying " OPBB stopped Working " What should I do to play this game ,does anyone of you Guy's have any solution or any patch or something ,please let me know ,I appreciate that Thankyou .
pag nadownload mo na sila lahat pagsamasamahin mo sa isang folder tapos extract mo yung part 1.. mageextract na silang lahat automatically then mount mo na ung .iso file

I downloaded OP Burning Blood, extract the Part 1 Rar, then I open the folder to see another Rar, so I extract that then inside that I find a SetUp which I run then I go to the installation place which I put in the SetUp. I find the application which I run as administrator then I get taken to the steam page.

Yeah, but if your video card do not support Direct x11 or 12 then you can't run it. in your case, your Integrated intel graphics do not support Dx11 so you can't play this game.
That is an incorrect answer, actually. I am running it at 30FPS on an Intel HD 4000. Please, research before posting. I really dislike when people tell false information. :)
face palm the man who replied to your comment didn't know what he's talking about. HD4000 are for 4th gen processors built-in vc(supports dx11) whch higher than lower gen built-in vc processors(so he can play this game). In this man case he has i5 m540 (1st gen) and has a lower end built in vc(if no dedicated vc). I dont know why he said "HE has on a BETTER on board then I have". I do hope he could do better researching on google next time :) i5 M540 is a mobile/laptop processor btw.
