For anyone getting the Steam Application load error '65432' when trying to run this - You need to download Steamless - https://github.com/atom0s/Steamless/releases - and use it on the game's exe file to remove the SteamStub protection. Steamless is quite user-friendly so you shouldn't have any problems. After that, rename the unpacked exe to 'OrangeMoon.exe' and run the Launcher_x64.exe.
Yep, I can confirm that this works! I'll just add that for me, after patching OrangeMoon.exe with Steamless, running Launcher.exe or Launcher_x64.exe didn't work - what worked was running the unpacked OrangeMoon.exe directly.
