You have Daemon Tool in your PC? If you don't have, you can download here: http://igg-games.com/tag/software
Then mount .cue and install it (Same .ISO), and see tutorial video here, same the first video :D

That's a lie, I found cracks and with and without the same game several times virus, there are people trying to remove the Trojans from steam_api.dll, for example, GTA V always found a crack with virus, but a few weeks ago I found one without virus and the same file. http://VirusTotal.com I use to analyze the cracks.
