I know this is pretty old,but just wondering is there was any way to fix the Shuriken Torrent Bug I've looked around trying to find any patch for it but only directs to one steam discussion which is also pretty old

Sound is all bugged (just bgm is bugged) for me during start menu and in game not during cut-scenes everything else is fine -.-. Edit : problem got fixed apparently it had to with the fact that i was using al32.dll that i downloaded apart.
I cant get this to work properly. i picked up all the archives in the launcher folder and put on the main folder to fix it,but when i press Launch,nothing happens.and in the conception2.exe it opens a process but then it closes mere seconds later.i managed to make it work 2 times by trying to open multiples copies of the game only to be close moments later.

Now to check how it cough works cough Edit: Ok since i had run into some problems i might as well write down how i solved it. to start off put everything in your launcher folder to the main directory itself then if you're missing OpenAL32.dll just activate the exe in \Conception II Children of the seven stars_CommonRedist\OpenAL\2.0.7.0 then it should be good. Any more problems then it's probably a problem in your laptop/pc. Make sure your laptop/pc specs match with the recommended specs of the game.
If you have an Nvidia Control Panel (Right click in your desktop and it should be there) then open it, click the category "Manage 3D settings" then the "Program Settings" tab, choose the game via add or scroll through the names if it's there then try changing the settings from global to high performance, no idea if it'll work but it might.
Do you meet the required specs of the game? Have you put the contents of the launcher folder to the main game directory? Do you by chance not have OpenAL32.dll? Do you not have any error indicator appearing whatsoever? If by chance answer: Yes, Yes, I do have OpenAL32.dll, None whatsoever. Then it's probably a problem in Hardware Compatibility, i'd recommend running the launcher and the .exe file in both compatibility mode and find a version of windows that work for the game. Not guaranteed to work but it might.

Be reassured this website is a trusted one in the case of pirated games since most of these games are indeed bought by the admin themselves, the only ones that should you be wary off are the ones donated by other users which are still 99% safe because they are sent to and is downloaded by admin themselves before being uploaded to this website.
hmm it must be your first timer pirating =,= I played pirate games for 10 years and not a single time infected by trojan or whatever virus it is run anygame in admin mode. Changing settings dossent work, so youre stuck with english voices. launcher gives an error but you can get fullscreen by using alt + enter. I realy hope this will be fixed as the english voice acting is atrocious :)
Changing the voices to Japanese in the in-game options seems to work, at least for me. Have you tried seeing if other options stay unchanged of you mess with them? I noticed that even though you change the options, exit the menu and go back to them, they show the default setup even though that isn't really the case. I would hate not to be able to change the voices, I wouldn't be able to bare playing this game with the english voices...
Do you change it to japanese when youre in game, as in having a save loaded or on the start menu? Start menu dossent seem to work for me sadly, it allways reverts back to english :(
Alright, I just tested it. It is in fact save bound. You'd need to go to the options, change the voices to Japanese, save the settings, then start a new save file for it to be in Japanese.
On the title screen so I guess the start menu. Have you tried changing it to Japanese then loading your save right after? Since when I change it to JP, and I re-enter the options menu, it's says it's EN but as long as I don't save my settings, it's still in Japanese. Also if it still doesn't work, try changing it to JP, starting a new game and see if the first dialog sceen is in Japanese. Maybe the language is bound to the save. I haven't tried it myself so I can't confirmed anything.
Right, so I managed to get it to work by getting to the point in the story where I could change it in game. (I managed to cope somehow) This worked. and my game is now in Japanese.
