Nowadays it feels like a big commitment to dive into deep games like this because you know it's gonna be good and you would dump hundreds of hours into it or leave unfinished. Once you have played a certain amount of these games, your mental fortitude for learning new deep mechanics kinda dwindles down.

I wish I was in my pre-teen years with no care in the world to sit for 16hrs straight with no regrets. The irony is I can absolutely sit down for 24hrs with nobody to stop me but my own conscious.

maybe you just got tired of the games you once had fun with but since they gave you so much fun you hold cherished memories of them or games like them and your looking to reignite that spark of excitement thats been snuffed out by burn out of those games , maybe try a new type of game or something other than games in general to try to respark that excitement ? idk just throwing out ideas here

This is definitely one of those games. I played the demo, and thought it was really good. Very addictive.

You're a reel scroller, aren't you?
Every one of your comments I have seen on igg has been absolutely retarded like you got a degree on missing the point and spreading your dumbest takes with every comments. People have called you out on this before. Get a hint and get a life.

Can it run on a hdd? Yes
Should you play it on a hdd?
It depends on the game
some games won't load the assets properly when you play it on a hdd
like for example cyberpunk 2077, the hdd is not loading some characters and was breaking the game or something like civ 6 were you have to wait 5 to 10 mins to load a game
The newer or/and heavier a game is, the more you would have not a good time playing

I don’t believe the “perfectly”
I mean it also all depends on how new and much cache a hdd has
But for me characters won’t load in game so I couldn’t even progress the story
Only after I moved to my ssd

lol what
Brother what does building PC has to do with games running on hdd ?
Oh you are building pc for 30 years? Here’s a cookie
Also there is something called games updates? If you ever heard of them or know anything about games or pc parts
That pc parts were down after time and games become more demanding after update when they add more features
I was able to run cyberpunk normally on my hdd when it first launched but now it won’t work the same
And seeing how you are talking tells me you know nothing
So I’m done replaying

Let me tell you a secret that nobody will really tell you, almost 99% of new games can be played on a HDD normal hard drive, a SSD is NOT needed to play most games - at all.

Yes, a ssd will speed up installing, moving files and transferring stuff, load times, etc. but a SSD is NOT needed for most games. I have 6 TB of newer games that all play perfectly on a 6tb hhd, infact not a single game i have tried on the hhd did not work.

I just tried it, this thing runs from HDD, SSD, NVME, and even a ramdisk (that one was the fastest, but rather volatile, if I may say so)

This is absolutely true for most games. Can't hurt to try.

Why would it? most games only impact load times, unless you want speedy load times and if its extremely graphical.

i'm pretty sure that was a joke...but ssd is not require to play ANY modern game. They are perfectly playable on hhd's.
