I don't know, this game isn't really good. The whole thing feels more like an idle clicker that looks kinda pretty.
I've been playing for a while now in "endless winter mode" and there isn't really much of a game here to speak of. Everything is kinda linear and it feels like I am just following the logical steps that the games has set up for me. There is hardly any serious management or tycoon element present, little freedom or creativity.
The economy isn't challenging or interesting. Its very basic. The game mechanics aren't really that good either, or worse, they don't make much sense. They're just kinda there to give the impression that the game has some depth to it, which it doesn't. Rinse and repeat. You level up so you can satisfy the new, higher demands of the guests. If you don't satisfy those demands it can get ugly fast, so there is even an incentive to delay leveling up.
The employees are fixed characters and you get a new employee every time you level up. But you can't even choose which one. It just feels like a "safe" game. It's kinda chill and cozy, but thats really it.
